The living room features a new couch with a queen-sized hide-a-bed (most comfortable for children and teens), additional comfortable seating, and a 60" HD smart TV. There are flat screen televisions and air conditioners in each bedroom. Granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen give you the comfort and convenience of cooking at home when you want to enjoy a romantic dinner for two or just catch up with family or friends. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or the more laid-back bar-height counter.
This beautifully landscaped property has plenty of shady walkways, private seating nooks and restful water features. The expansive Pavilion Pool is surrounded by lounging cabanas and an inviting community lanai with a big screen TV and cozy sofas and chairs. There is an adjacent whirlpool spa. The Garden Pool offers a tropical, flower-filled, quiet atmosphere perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a good book.
Other amenities include: Free wireless internet in the unit, four gas BBQ's available, an information booth where you can explore local activities and book them at your convenience, on-site parking is available for an additional fee of $20/night, and plenty of galleries, restaurants and shops are within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. The waterfront is just 3 blocks away and you can embark on whale watching adventures or take a raft ride to get up close and personal with a pod of spinner dolphins. I visited my friends' condo in the same property and fell in love with it and its location. Lahaina and the surrounding area retains much of it's historic charm and is a vibrant community that offers some of the best art, dining, shopping and outdoor activities available in the islands. People watching is a favorite activity and this property is just minutes away from the heart of the gathering area for local characters and visitors from all over the world.
What makes this Condo unique
Stroll along the waterfront looking for the tastiest ice cream, check out the galleries and shops or just indulge in people watching while listening to the free music at Cheeseburger In Paradise. This property is perfectly located within a short walking distance of all this and more. This is not just a vacation rental, it's our getaway home too, so we made sure it is comfortable, convenient and relaxing. Our recent redecorating includes new furnishings, cozy mattresses and a touch of island decor to help us feel like we are in paradise when indoors. We cook at home a lot, so we have equipped the kitchen with all we think our guests will need. Since we like to go to the beach, we thought you might like to as well, so we make a variety of beach gear available to you. Some things do migrate to other units from time to time, so if something is missing, we have a guest services representative who will do her best to accommodate your needs.

The absolute best unit at Aina Nalu!
I have stayed at Aina Nalu every year for the past 10 years and have to say B107 was the most comfortable of them all. Hope I can stay again next year.
Wonderful home away from home
Close to all the activity of Front Street. Close enough to baby beach to walk and others only a short drive away. The unit is clean and very welcoming with so many little items for your use! We will be back!
Great condo and location
We've been to Maui 10 times and always stayed in the West side. The Aina Nalu has been our home for he last 3 visits. Never able to stay in the same condo as they get booked pretty quickly. This condo is very good. Clean, updated appliances, all beach gear you need and is slightly bigger than the ones on the 2nd floor because of the lanai. Internet is fast and the big screen TV is a plus. Each room has a flat screen TV. The timers on the AC's are very convenient as we don't freeze during the night. Needles to say, the location of Aina Nalu is fantastic; just two blocks for Front street.The salt pool was our spot to finish the day we usually expend at the beach or doing an activity. I highly recommend this condo and the Aina Nalu.
We loved Lahaina--you can walk everywhere--and enjoyed this condo. Very comfortable, with great pools.
Great property, close to everything on Front Street
The moment we walked in we felt at home! Very cozy condo with everything we needed, furnished with comfortable furniture & beds & Televisions that had lots of channels offered with a DVR to record some of our favorite shows. The kitchen had every kind of pots & pans to cook with & was supplied with lots of amenities! The bathrooms are very spacious including even a makeup mirror in both bathrooms. The showers are wonderful!!! This was our first trip to Maui & we were so glad the condo was in close proximity to Front Street. Steve was great to work with from the moment we booked this condo & available by phone during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lahaina!
This is a great location. Each time we stay on Maui, Aina Nalu is our home. The condos are spacious and located just a couple blocks off Front St. If you are planning a 3 hour tour, it is only a 5 min walk to the harbor.
Located in the heart of historic Lahaina in Maui. The property is located within the Outrigger Aina Nalu Resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the location is fabulous. It's just a couple of blocks off the main street in a quiet and picturesque area that is mostly residential, but is just a 4 or 5 minute walk to the main street of town. You just have to walk within a few block radius to be immersed in Hawaiian history. You're only a 1 minute walk from a great cup of coffee at a coffee house run by a lovely Italian woman or a 5 minute walk to any of several superb restaurants. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away.

Cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to first day of booked stay: 50% of total stay less Accommodation service fee. Cancellation fee less than 30 days prior to first day of booked stay: 100% of total stay less Accommodation service fee. Accommodation Services include linens, towels, kitchenware, beach amenities, check-in and guest services, cleaning and resort fees, excluding parking fees. This condo is privately owned and is not part of Outrigger Resorts. Outrigger will not assist private guests with maintenance or housekeeping issues. Guests must contact their guest services representative if such issues arise. Parking fees are charged by Aina Nalu Outrigger as lessees of the parking areas. Owners have no ability to waive parking charges and receive no portion of these charges. A parking pass must be obtained from the Outrigger front desk in the lobby if guests wish to park on the Aina Nalu property.
