The name of this apartment complex really does tell it all. It is an ocean front property with a spectacular view of the Castries harbour. 15 minute drive to the capital city and a 2 minute drive to the GFL Charles Airport. A great place for relaxation and exploration as the neighbourhood is littered with historical sites. Within walking distance you can find a charming little cafe on the corner that serves up some delicious local food (Check out 'Friends Cafe'). Wanna know a little bit more about this enchanted island? Make a pit stop at Saint Lucia's National Archives a 30 second walk across from Friends Cafe. For breathing-taking views, a 30 minute hike to the Vigie Lighthouse will do the trick. Vacation calls for mostly relaxation so why not cop-a-squat on Vigie Beach and order a certified cold local Piton beer from one of the friendly vendors stationed on the beach (10 minutes walk). They serve food too! Saint Lucia has a lot to offer and we'd like to help you experience it!

This property is well situated. Just minutes from the capital city an international airport and ferry port- it makes it an ideal place to stay whether you're a vacationer or just here on business. A 10 minute walk will get you to a beautiful sandy beach with a few friendly beach vendors selling cold beers and local snacks. Also in walking distance you can find a charming Cafe, an art gallery, the French, Mexican and Venezuelan embassies. Vigie is filled with interesting history dated back to colonial times. We recommend renting a car inf you would like to explore further afield. Host can help with that.

Overall the property was comfortable and well equipped although the TV could do with upgrading
I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing which is what I was after. I would recommend hiring a car to see the island and go up and down to the beach. Jem, Evelyn and Tony were most welcoming and helpful.
Great apartment, quiet, beautiful view
The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views from the property We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into the harbor early each morning. We also utilized the double kayak that was available and paddled along the cove to a very nice private beach. Car is highly recommended to be able to explore the area.

Was a excellent experience. Great snorkeling right off the property. With a short swim to a tranquil little beach in a cove. The owners are so awesome and very friendly.

Wow, Jem was wonderful
My partner and I, we were the first guests in this apartment. In the beginning, we missed some things, but Jem was immediately there and brought us what we needed. She was very helpful, brought suggestions and found solutions to our concerns. We also got a local mobile phone that we could use during our stay.
The apartment is well furnished. From the terrace we had a wonderful view of the bay. The large sand beach is a 10 minute walk from the house and the house also has its own beach, which you can use and where you can find peace.

The neighbour is full of history. It is home to the National Archives of Saint Lucia, a Lighthouse with a great bird's eye view, old military ruins; underground tunnels, barracks and a gunnery station. Within walking distance you can chill out by a nearby Cafe for some local food or enjoy the islander beer at one of the friendly beach vendors. The beach is in walking distance to the apartment (10 minutes). Nearby is a supermarket and bus stop to help you get around. We recommend renting a car if you would like to explore further afield or if you're not big on walking.

We encourage you to allow the host to organize your airport transfer with her designated taxi guy and also recommend that you stop off at a supermarket before checking in.
