To start, your cabin is breath-taking; absolutely stunning! We immediately felt at home. Your delightful welcome package was much appreciated. The combination of the absolute cozy atmosphere, the amazing view, the nature to cure our souls was astounding. Being here just the first night- all,of us- the stress just MELTED AWAY! I want to thank you, in words that I cannot seem to being together, for how much this cabin, Bumble Bee Cabin, really has done for us so far in our stay here. This is truly super blurb :) Jess
The cabin was excellent. It had everything we wanted for a peaceful weekend away. We spent lots of time in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. The amenities and furnishings made the cabin extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend.
We loved our visit and hope to be back soon!
I rolled in with my group of trail-runners, and the common area allowed us to share meals comfortably, the porch has plenty of space for everyone to hang together, and the fire pit and hot tub are icing on the cake.
The fireplace inside of the cabin will heat the cabin up fast!
Love that pups are allowed.
Near great trails, geocaching all around, and I appreciated the easygoing attitude with the owners.
Would totally return. Thank you
My husband and I decided to take a little trip up to NC mountains for a couple days. This was a great place to get away and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hot tub was definitely a bonus and we enjoyed being outside in the chilly February evenings in a warm hot tub. Ken was great to work with- very easy and helpful. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful exprerience!
We stayed for a long weekend just my boyfriend and I with our dog. The house worked perfectly for what we wanted, just a nice getaway. I will say that in hind sight I would have packed some extra blankets. We slept in the master bedroom and even with the fire place going and the heat on, our room stayed fairly chilly. Other than that it was perfect. The hot tub was great and we used the kitchen for cooking breakfast and the grill outside to cook our dinners. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a quiet relaxing weekend.

If you are looking for a beautiful small town in the mountains, look no further. Murphy with its population of 1700 people resembles a Norman Rockwell painting. It is indeed, small town life at the very best. We look forward to seeing you!
