DO NOT STAY HERE!!
We were very disappointed with the property and the management. First, there were large cockroaches inside the condo. Then we had geckos running around the condo. When we contacted management we were told it was not there problem because they paid for an exterminator before we arrived. We didn't open any windows or door to the porch, so I'm it was not our fault the bugs were in there. Plus the bathrooms are very dated. They also do not tell you that there is no elevator. I have medical problems and rented a scooter. When we arrived there was no way to get it up to the 3rd floor. We have also filed a complaint with VRBO. We are still waiting to hear back from someone regarding a refund. Management will not answer our calls or emails.
First of all, the guest did not stay in the apartment she booked directly on VRBO.
In the apartment description is informed that it's situated on the third floor. No Vacation Home here in Orlando has an elevator and at no time the guest informed us that she can't climb stairs. The guest only informed us about her disabilities at the check-in time. I promptly attended the guest and relocated her to another apartment on the ground floor at the same time.
It's unfair of her to say that our company did not answer her. We have several communications exchanged by email and we respond to all calls and requests made by the guest. The pest control had been done throughout the Resort that week and we can not control the bugs that exist here in Orlando otherwise.
