Welcome to Emerald Paradise, our beautiful townhome situated on the east end of Destin’s sugar sand beaches and just steps from the emerald ocean water.

Located in the heart of Crystal Beach our townhome sits next to a wide expanse of undeveloped beach, except for Florida's famous Pompano Joe's, of course. You will be delighted that there are no high-rise condos in close proximity to crowd your private beachfront access, views, while giving you your own true Emerald Paradise II. This home just switched ownership so I am happy to Forward all 50 Plus reviews for you from the previous owner, but the same Property Mgmt Team - We at Sea Star Requiem want your stay better than Expected! Requiem is Latin for Rest, which means you'll be restored from a busy work week or...you can live it up then need to relax when your home from all your beachside activities, excursion in walking distance, shopping, Golf. And deep sea fishing just 5 miles out for our well know depths just an couple of hours out with the local fishing fleets. Emerald Paradise II (New owner is II, previous owner is I) is conveniently located within three miles of Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard and Destin Commons. The Destin harbor for the Largest Deep Fishing Fleet in the nation is almost 5 minutes away! In 2015 and 2016, we completely transformed the look of our home to include, granite kitchen countertops, new kitchen cabinets, master seating/living area upgraded for early morning coffee, etc, modern furnishings, new appliances, fresh paint and linens. You will experience attention to detail throughout your stay, all the way down to the thread count of the sheets. The townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 beds, plus 1 pullout sofa. Plus 2 Smaller Kiddos can sleep on 2 seperate. loveseats, if needed. Sleeping arrangements are (1) King in the master, (3) Queen beds in the three other bedrooms, and (1) Queen sleeper sofa in main living. Plus 2 pack n plays, high chair and beach toys give parents less to pack... Don't forget our beach access is down the spiral steps, next to our outside shower, and bottomed beach level deck has floats, umbrellas amd chairs for your stay. We have done everything to make Emerald Paradise your “home away from home”…. at the beach!

We also pride ourselves on offering additional amenities to our guests. Our fully stocked kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need to make a family-style dinner for your loved ones. Also, satellite TV, upgraded wifi for the kiddos electronics, books, magazines, and "Locals Secrets Book" are provided.

Looking for a little fun in the sun? No need to spend your money on beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys – you’ll find them here! As I previously mentioned...Included are baby Sheets for 2 pack and plays, highchair and baby gates. 2 stackable washer dryers help keep laundry manageable, 1 is located on the top / 3rd floor next to the Main master. Then, the 2nd master on the 1st floor has another stackable washer dryer adjacent to the front room.

Relax, unwind, rest, and restore yourselves! Our end-unit townhome features huge wraparound decks and great privacy to help you melt the stress away. We want our customers comfortable, our owners relaxing we are making sure their home is taken care of, and our staff to feel appreciated for their hard work. This gives an overall "family" atmosphere with the best of service ! Email and texts are best after 9- 5 Mon - Fri, and weekends, except emergency phone calls are taken 24/7. in need of repair

The condo is at a good location, enjoyed the view, however I was somewhat disappointed with the condition. There are several maintenance issues. A electrical socket is coming out of the wall in the upstairs master bedroom, continued problem with commodes not flushing, several light bulbs blown, no stove light at all! The dryer vent in the in the upstairs unit is a fire hazard. There is such a build up of lint in the vent leading outside looks like it has never been cleaned. Fixtures hanging out of drywall, There was food baked on the silverware and pans. I have stayed many places and have never had to do laundry before I left. Strip the beds really? All in all the condo leaves a lot to be desired. A update is needed badly. I personally will not be renting this condo again. Also the pictures are very deceiving.

Owner's Response: Dear Kentucky Guests, Our townhome, not a condo, is a great retreat for most of our customers. They love the sunrises, beach time excursions, and sunsets are forever a memorable time with families, friends, and weddings, etc.Hello, We appreciate your comments and have had items with maintenance corrected. The dryer vent does get used every week( or more). Which means, we discount with kiddos/families because we love to have families stay with us! And, expect great reviews with their great family memories! My maintenance and I discussed…. what you meant by fixtures hanging out of drywall. We are still trying to see what your communicating. Which is why …. A courtesy or concerned maintenance phone call, text, or email is handled immediately (less than 1 hour with emergencies). I added 2 LED bulbs two weeks ago, since your not at the unit we are not able to communicate which items your comments are directed to. We have maintenance phone numbers listed on each of the 2 frigs, vrbo mobile app, and guest book. Our maintenance said he never received a call from you, or 7 of your guests. I sent an email checking on your the 2nd day. If your response was accurate - 4/ 3/2017 you were happy and comfortable with your stay! Thanks for your quick response that day! We try not to be a micro managed to guests, so you to feel like this is Your beachfront townhome. All Yours at the Beach! We address questions ( text is used a majority) because we want you to Enjoy Your Stay! Items brought up 3 or 4 weeks later - Yes, we repainted an ice blue color. New Decorating or New colors do make a great difference in pictures - www.destinseastar.com. We hope everyone is pleased with the light Blue lighter but matching the Destin blue sky. All this is so relaxing with your breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The decorating makes your home and the outside seamless with the master mirrors in the rooms adding even more flow and light to enjoy the Ocean Views! Recently, ownership transitioned, for the past 10 years our previous ( with the same townhome) 50 reviews positive. I am happy to forward them since they are positive experiences. Which is why we have so many return guests! We take special care of our return Guests by grandfathering their rate or offering a 5% discount when prices increase, too! Thanks again for your business and staying with us...we will continue to go Above Par in taking care of our Customers, Owners, and Employees!

Great location and what a view!

Great location right on the beach, sugar sand, emerald ocean, sunrises and sunsets where the stars of our stay. Beds were comfy, the place was clean though the property does show some wear typical of beach homes.

The town home does have a lot of stairs and a spiral staircase to access the beach which might be an issue to some folks though it wasn't to us.

4 stars because the sofas could use a deep clean.

No problems with the owners- they were very courteous.

We would definitely stay there again.

Most of our guests...relax at the beach just steps below, have lunch or dinner at pompano joes with a possible Pompano Joe's cocktail at the sunset. Happy hour is from 3-5 every 7 days a week. You can shop for groceries on your first day then enjoy the full kitchen with your outside dining at our Emerald Paradise II! We have festivals, events, and when you follow me on facebook I will keep you posted of new places or locals secrets! We provide coupons and hopefully keep them up to date and not expired!
