Our townhouse is conveniently located just 100 steps from the water and just a 5 minute walk from one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. Park your car directly in front of the door. No need to haul your luggage down long hallways or onto elevators.
Master bedroom has queen sized bed. Guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Downstairs couch opens to double bed.
Wireless broadband in house.
Snorkeling gear, beach mats, beach chairs,beach towels, and boogie boards are supplied as well as an ice chest for day trips to the beach.
3 lighted hard surface tennis courts. Resident pro is available.
Tennis racquets and balls are available for the casual tennis player. (Pro players should bring their own!)
Communal gas or charcoal grill.
Large communal pavilion with tables and chairs.
Keahou shopping center with Longs drug store and KTA grocery store a short walk or drive. Movie theater and restaurants. Music and hula shows every Friday. Many historical and cultural sites to explore.
Nikki and Eric live here on the Big Island about 20 minutes away. Eric currently works for United Airlines at the Kona airport. Nikki works as a graphic artist from home. In the past she has also done fine art. one example of which you can see, in one of the photos, as a three panel piece of Herons. Their son Adrian works at the local Safeway and since he has special needs both Eric and Nikki are heavily involved with the local chapter of Special Olympics.

This townhouse had been Paul and Barbara's, Eric's parents, home for the last 15 years.They both loved the special feeling of living here. They made many friends over the years both with the,'regulars,' as well as vacationers. People would always stop by for a morning cup of coffee and to,'talk story,' as conversation is known to locals.
We hope that you will feel some of the Aloha that this home has seen over the years.

Since we are,'locals,' you will not have to call the mainland or deal with a property management firm if you run into problems. We both live less than 20 minutes away and will be there if the need arises. We have lived in Kona for the last 15 years. We know the area. We know the people. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions during your stay.
This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was the perfect location for our party of 4 adults to explore the Kailua Kona area.
We were the second time in this accommodation and we had two lovely weeks in the midst of paradise again.

Your house met our needs and our budget. The weather was very hot and humid and the fans kept us fairly comfortable. Next time I might look for a place with air conditioning. Having the washer and dryer was a real plus. I do think your cleaning staff fall a little short in some areas. Thanks for allowing us a late check out and for the coffee and cookies that were left us. The only other item I would have liked to have you change is that if someone is arriving after dark as we did, please have the outside light on. The unit numbers are very hard to see in the dark.
