ONE MONTH MINIMUM! Now Available June, July, August 2016! This spectacular home is 5 blocks from the village and 4 blocks from the beach. Walk to Von's for groceries, Burger Lounge or Leroy's for great dining, and beautiful Coronado Beach for surf and sand. The previous owners fully renovated and expanded this 1916 property home down to the studs and built all the way up to a 3rd story rooftop deck with city views! Finishes and surface materials are modern and clean throughout. We recently added a front patio with BBQ and fire pit as well as a new laundry room in the garage with new front-load machines. The master and guest bedrooms both have huge bathrooms and walk-in closets. The kids room has a bunk bed with a trundle. Off of the master, there is a great loft/office with desk space for two, comfy office chairs, and direct ethernet connections. The kitchen has a gas range, oven, huge fridge, and everything else you'll need. There are Hi-def flatscreen TVs with At&T U-Verse cable and DVRs in the kitchen, den, and loft/office. Wireless internet and wireless Sonos sound system throughout. Great patio furniture outback and on all three patios/decks. Private outdoor shower in the backyard for rinsing off all that sand!! There is a long driveway that can accommodate two cars, so you always have a place to park even when the street is full. Please note that some of wall hangings, bedding, and accessories are different from the pictures. Kids room has completely different furniture as noted. There is also a toddler bed available that can be easily moved to any room, a kids' table with four chairs, and two IKEA high chairs. In the garage you'll find a beach cart loaded with everything you need for the beach and a jogging stroller. The garage is not suitable or intended for parking due to size and the fact that we have too much stuff in there already! $18,000 a month Summer Rate (June, July, August) $7,000 a month off season (September thru May). Last Minute booking NOW for June 5 thru June 30th reduced to $12,000!!
We have rented this property multiple months over the last 2 years and have entertained in it with great pride! The property is well located to the beach and to Orange street . It is 'family friendly' with bikes and beach items galore! Of special note is the beautiful view from the roof top patio and the peaceful outdoor patio for dining or just relaxing. We can't say enough about this beautiful property and our memorable time spent in it! A special bonus is the quiet street, quiet neighborhood and off street parking.
Coronado Island is great. Once you get here you never have to get in your car. Walk to the beach or to great restaurants. You can even take a walk to the ferry landing and take the ferry downtown.
