Villa Christopher is situated in a development 'Sea Point Villas' with 5 other villas. The ground floor of these two storey Cyprus Villas consists of an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satelite television and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equiped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.
Each of the first floor bedrooms features en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa.
The 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.
Smoking is permitted but not inside this villa please. Situated on the same development these neighbouring villas are ideal for the larger party wishing to holiday together.
Stayed in Villa Christopher for a week in Sept with my family, there were 6 of us and an infant. The villa was very spacious and plenty of room for all of us. Upon arrival there was a welcome pack awaiting us which was great. Villa was very clean and tidy. Pool was of a nice size and also clean and the steps leading in were ideal for the little one. Sunloungers were comfy. There was a nice bbq area which we used quite frequently. A nice hotel not far up the road where we ate at a few times. The beach only a short walk away. The owner and his family were very kind and helpful during our stay. Would highly reccomend this villa to friends and family.
The villa was very modern, clean and fresh, the garden was stunning. The views from the bedrooms where lovely to wake up to in the morning and the villa had all of the mod cons you would need for a self catering property.
We enjoyed our stay very much and left well rested and relaxed,I would highly recommend this property.
The villa was absolutely fantastic and completely fulfilled all our expectations of a luxury family villa. The advert didn't actually do it justice.
The villa was exceptionally comfortable and was completely clean inside and out and fully stocked with everything you could need for a family break (for cooking etc). The furniture throughout the villa was modern and comfortable.
Air conditioning in each room worked perfectly and could also be used to heat the villa in cooler months of the year.
We felt that the location of the villa was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and quiet coves within a couple of minutes walk and 2 of the best beaches in the area are within walking distance.
We also found that it is within walking distance of the better restaurants in Coral Bay and a car journey from the main strip of restaurants in the very centre of the village. We would however recommend a car for the better supermarket and the sights that are well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend these villas to all my friends and family as an ideal holiday villa. Andreas (the owner) was extemely helpful throughout our holiday and really couldn't do enough for us to ensure that we had an absolutley super holiday. We have re-booked for our 2010 holiday.
These Coral Bay villas are situated in a peaceful location, in Coral Bay at the entrance to the Sea Caves area. The coastline in front of the villa from the sandy Coralia Bay and stretching along to the Sea Caves area is full of natural rock pools and caves making it ideal for private bathing and snorkelling and popular with many local scuba diving schools. The sandy blie flag bay of Corallia Beach is within a few minutes walk of the villas (Just 700m), whilst Coral Bay is a little further on (About 1.5km).
The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are within 1.3 kilometres of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay, is only 2 kilometres away. Here you will find a chemist, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
A car is not necessary due to the villas location, however one can be booked on request as can golf, spa treatments, horse riding, scuba diving etc. Nearest airport is Paphos which is a 40 minute drive. Larnaca is 1 hour 40 mins.
