Great cabin with everything you could need!

  • 5 of 5

Property is just as described. Very clean and well maintained. So organized! Everything you could need in the kitchen including some spices and basic supplies. We loved using it as our home base to explore Mt Rainier national park. We didn't use the hot tub, but happily lit a fire in the firepit :-)

Lovely cabin for nature enthusiasts

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely little cabin, ideally situated near the Paradise entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. It was very clean, easy to find and get into. There are many other small homes close by, but with all of the trees you don't feel too crowded (we were there in the winter, so it might be different in the summer). It is small, quaint, but wonderfully functional. We were there with 2 adults and 3 kids (19, 15, 11) and we weren't too crowded. The hot tub is a nice addition. The beds are comfortable as is the front room; the kids liked the loft. My only complaint is that the kitchen is really tiny, but it works. If you enjoy nature, this is a great place! Lots of places to go hiking, the Nisqually River is near by, and we saw some fantastic birds in the backyard! We would definitely come here again.

Perfect Holiday!

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I stayed at the cabin during Christmas, and I cannot possibly say enough about this place. We enjoyed a white Christmas by staying warm next to the fireplace and in the hot tub. We ventured out during the day by going sledding at the Ashford public park, and took a drive to Longmire where we enjoyed the most breathtaking views of snow covered trees and mountains. It was absolutely magical!

Lori was very responsive and went above and beyond to give us updated information. She stayed in contact to ensure that we had all the information needed to arrive safely and be prepared for snow conditions- even making sure that the driveway was cleared. The county did a great job in salting the roads and we did not have any problems getting to the cabin. When we arrived to the cabin, the maid had kindly left the lights on for us, and had the hot tub hot and ready to go. The place was nicely kept with everything in-stock, so that you never went without. The linens were clean and smelled fresh, there was plenty of firewood, kindling, and newspaper for fire. It was all very well-appointed, and the excellent customer service made all that much better.

The snow, the cozy cabin, beautiful scenery, play in the snow....made for the perfect holiday season!
