Ample storage space in the bedroom, which has a large window over the courtyard. A similar window lights up the living room, which has a convertible sofa and a convertible table that could serve 4 comfortably. The flat screen TV has many channels in multiple languages. The kitchen is small but well planned and well equipped. The bathroom has a tub and a sink.
A great feature of this cozy apartment is its location; close to transportation, entertainment and landmarks.

Because it will make your heart tingle. A small romantic apartment in a typical Parisian street, minutes away from cultural, culinary or romantic adventures.
Excellent quiet location; walking distance to major Parisian landmarks like the Tour Eiffel and the Arc de Triomphe. Well equipped kitchen, elevator and nearby restaurants and shopping.
The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the places you would want to visit in Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. It was small but very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a family of four. It was next door to a bakery, and three excellent restaurants. We loved our stay there, and would return without any reservations.
great location closed to the champs elysees and the eiffel tower by walking distance
nice surroundings, cafés and restaurants closed by, some places like monop opened sundays and holidays for grocerys
charming and authentic parisian apartment, very quiet building, calm environment
My first issue was that I sent two e-mail before my departure and nobody replied. After that, when I get there: the apartment is not well maintained and the pictures don't show exactly how it is. There are lots of damaged points in the painting. But my biggest problem was about the HOT WATER. I spent five nights there and three of them two people of my family slept without showering because the hot water after two baths finished. After speak with the responsible she said that I had to wait for about two hours. The first day I waited about for hours and nothing so I gave up for that day and for the others. The space is suitable for four people like it says, but the hot water is not. I had difficult to contact the responsible for my first contact when I get there.
Really great location, comfortable bed, lots of light, quite, near public transportation, grocery store, restaurants and wine shop. The kitchen and bath are small and design in their remodeling is awkward, the carpet in the hallway is badly worn and bathroom needs some attention(paint peeling from ceiling). The owners are in Southern CA and Maire (the on site manager) although lovely, doesn't speak any English. Her son speaks limited English so communication was a challenge. For under $200/night in that neighborhood it's a bargain.
It's in a great location, quite, near subway/bus stops, the sofa bed was comfortable, nice sunlight and clean enough. The manager was very nice however, she speaks no English. There are restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops and bakeries nearby. The paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling and the hallway carpet was very worn. The remodel/revisions made to the apartment were not well thought out. So the bathroom & kitchen space are both awkward.
It's a nice, but small (as usual in Paris) apartment in a great location. It's quiet and has excellent air flow - both very useful in Paris in the summer. The manager is a very nice woman who spent time showing us the suite and letting us know about the neighbourhood. The wifi is very fast and the bed/sofa bed were comfortable. Even on a 38 degree (C) day we slept well. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by and it's a quick walk to the Arc or to the Trocadero. For the kids there is a playground 1.5 blocks away.
Walking distance to the most beautiful parts of Paris, Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Seine, Champs Élysées, Trocadero. Great restaurant and shopping in a typical Parisian setting. The most amazing farmer's market is held twice a week nearby where you find fresh fish, meats, artisanal breads and cheeses, flowers and hand-made clothing and decorative items.
3 nearby metro stations and many bus stations surround the apartment.
When arriving or leaving, you could take the Air France buses shuttling between Place de L'Etoile (15 minutes walk) and CDG/ORLY.
For low carbon-emissions personal transportation, and if you have a credit card with a chip, you could use the Velib bicycles or Auto lib electric cars that are located a couple of blocks away (We prefer walking and buses).
A lovely small park for kids is at the end of the block at the Place des Etas Unis. Next to it is the Bacarat showroom, a must see!
Go for a walk, find a romantic restaurant, or get a baguette, some wine and cheese and go back to the apartment for a quiet evening.
