Friendly Host, Clean & Quiet Condo!

Angela was a pleasure to deal with, and the Condo was as advertised. We would stay there again and strongly recommend it to others. We were concerned about boat parking when we arrived, as it's a somewhat small facility and we knew it advance it wouldn't fit in the shorter garage (plenty of warning provided about the height). However, there was more than enough boat parking the weekend we stayed. The patio was rather large, the air conditioner worked GREAT, and the instructions provided for access and departure were very clear. You simply can't beat these accommodations for the price!

Just as described! Great place to stay!

The owner Angela was great to work with. The house was just as described, it was kept very clean. There was everything there that we needed, from the kitchen items, bathroom items. I always bring that stuff with me, but didn't have to use it. The house was very well stocked up on things. Great place, very quiet. Definitely would stay here again!

Great condo in a great location!

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay in Lake Havasu City. It was in a nice gated community and the condo itself was very well furnished and very comfortable. I would happily stay at this location again, thank you!!

Great place to stay

This was a great condo. Very clean, tastefully decorated and included all the amenities you would need. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. My family of 5 (including a baby) stayed here and it was perfect. The unit is right next to the pool/jacuzzi and only about 2 minutes from the Lake/London Bridge where we spent most of our time. The location was fantastic. We were feeling adventurous so also made our way to the Grand Canyon during our stay. (It is about a 3 hour drive and worth it, especially if you stop in Seligman -- Think Disney's Cars Movie). Angela and her husband were super responsive and incredibly nice. They even left us a note with some great suggestions of things to do during our stay. They certainly helped make our stay a memorable vacation for our family. Will definitely stay here again.
