Arrived to a hot, dusty property to realize upstairs air not working. TheA/c repair man came but you don't go on vacation to deal with house repairs! Check in at 3 and finally cooling around 8 pm🙀� . Unacceptable! I didn't expect to have to search for circuit breaker box to get lights on upstairs. The hall way lights never came on so laundry was done in dark hallway all weekend. The kitchen cabinets were very unorganized and messy which left us searching all weekend for needed items! The rental company told us there was overflow parking yet neglected to say it was 3 miles away. Also, advertising that you have access to adjacent facilities is also misleading. Wifi code provided was incorrect so I felt like the first 24 hours were spent organizing and cleaning even after housekeeping came and dusted. (Ceiling fans had dust hanging off and flew around the room in chunks when turned on). This property needs a deep clean if it to be on the rental market. Never again will I Rent this property, as they should have prepared the property to be what was advertised.

Certainly mechanical failures can occur but we are so sorry that other matters could have run much smoother so that your trip to our beautiful coast was not interrupted by these inconveniences.
