This home has beautiful architecture and decor throughout. It is U-shaped with a beautiful center courtyard looking out to the pool. Courtyards in front as well. Lots of southwest/mexican charm. Spacious throughout for family gatherings and/or a get together with friends.
This private property on 2&1/2 acres is completely fenced and gated so you will enjoy peace and tranquility, yet be central to all in Yuma - historic downtown Yuma, Yuma Palms shopping mall, outdoor swapmeet, 2 Walmarts within 3 miles, 25 min. to river. There are citrus trees, a fig tree, palms, borders of oleanders and bougainvillas, and other native AZ trees - lots of shades.
Large MBR with pillowtop CA King bed, walkin closet & large shower/vanity. 2nd BR has queen sleep number bed, 3rd BR has queen bed and 4th room is an extra large room with King size bed and 1 daybed with trundle bed - perfect for a small family or group of kids. Large living room with comfortable sofas and chairs, 52in flatscreen TV with surround sound and fireplace. Family room with fold down sofa bed, 40in flat screen and game table. Large kitchen with breakfast counter seating as well as table dining. Beautiful Southwest dining table for 10 in formal dining room.
There is also plenty of room for RVs and boat trailers. We welcome all snowbirds, boaters, military families and "neat" contractors.
Pool/SPA Heating is an Optional Expense and only available for longterm rentals of 2 weeks or longer during winter season Nov-May.

We are professional property owners and have enjoyed renting to guests from all over the US, as well as foreign countries including France, Israel, Canada and the UK.
We had another home listed - it was a luxury rental in Canyon Lake, CA (Listing 186553) with over 40 five star reviews on VRBO. That property was sold in 2014.
We have been renting our other Hacienda home in Yuma since 2009 and due to high demand, we decided to buy another vacation rental property.

It was all by chance... We were actually looking and inquiring about an empty lot in front of this property for investment and had no intentions of buying another house. The owner persuaded us to take a look at his home for sale and we reluctantly agreed. The moment we stepped in, we fell in love with it, we knew we could not pass this up. We signed the papers within a couple of weeks and bought the house with all its content including a red convertible sports car. It was unreal.
We have made it ours since, and our family, friends and neighbors have enjoyed numerous stays on this property over the years for boating/river trips nearby The Hidden Shores Resort (25 minutes). Times have changed, we had our first child a few years ago, and friends/family got busy so we dont make it out here as much and now decided to open it up to the public to enjoy. We know you will find this retreat as special as we do!
Four adults and one child enjoyed our 3 night stay here. This home is so relaxing and comfortable with lots of room. The house was immaculate when we arrived with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was stocked with everything but the food; there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. Just a great home to spend time with family (we never left the house except for more food!). We would definitely rent this home again.
Family of ten adults and one child totally enjoyed 3 nights in this large well maintained home. Lots of space for everyone inside the home and the area around the pool was exceptional. The kitchen, dining room, sitting areas, and bedrooms worked out great for the group. The property being located on 2 1/2 acres and completely fenced was a real treat. Everyone had space throughout!!! The owners have thought of most everything needed for an enjoyable stay! The owner was one of the BEST in answering emails and general communication. The property description was accurate in every way. This property will be top on our list for destinations when we are next in the greater Yuma area. FANTASTIC STAY!!
This house is huge... we actually got mixed up the first day trying to get to our rooms. All of this to say, that if you are a large group..no problem. The house is built in a U shape and allows for lots of room and privacy. The hallways are large and could accommodate a wheel chair. Also the house is all on one level - no steps for those with mobility issues. The bed linens are the best quality. There are extra blankets and pillows and a massive supply of towels both for the pool and use indoors. If you like to cook, the kitchen is the best equipped I have encountered in a rental. You can eat at: one of the 2 outdoor tables, the kitchen table, the family room table or the dining room table! The pool and hot tub are sparkling and marvellous to enjoy. We enjoyed the lemons, oranges and grapefruit for our breakfast and to make lemon water throughout the day. The home is well maintained and is extremely private. The home is also centrally located to all of Yuma's activities. Just a beautiful spot! The owners attended to any minor issues immediately. I highly recommend this property.
Eight of us traveled to Yuma for a four day getaway to shop in Los Algodones, Mexico and to golf. This beautiful property was perfect for us! The house sits on 2 acres surrounded by orange groves and farmland. We couldn't have asked for a more private setting, away from the city and the crowds. The home is very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Plus, the fresh orange juice we made from the trees on the property was the best you will ever have! The pool looked so inviting, but unfortunately for us, the weather didn't cooperate this time. But, we are already talking about another trip and we will definitely rent this house again!
A large group of us stayed in this wonderful home for a week at the end of November. The house and grounds are very spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated and landscaped. The 2 1/2 acre fenced lot gives you privacy and is a welcome change from the standard home rentals on 1/4 acre lots. The grounds have lovely features including two fountains and large fruit trees not to mention the pool and spa. The home is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay except personal items and food! Mai provided us with information we needed for arrival and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental home to friends/family staying in the Yuma area.
This was a great rental property for a multi-family get-together. The house was exactly as described, and had plenty of room for everyone. The way the house is laid out is perfect for providing enough privacy for a large group and the backyard is very large. Owners were quick to respond to a technical difficulty and checked in regularly to make sure everything was working ok. The location is kind of private and quiet, but close to the core of Yuma. I would definitely recommend this as a rental place.
Property is an enclosed 2 1/2 acres located among the last of the citrus groves and newer homes. You have privacy yet nearby all for convenience. Approximately 3 miles from Marine Corp Base, a few miles to the Yuma Mall, nearby Walmarts.
