Sleeps 8: master and second bedroom with queen beds and third bedroom with 4 singles. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors out to pool or yard area. Large patio with BBQ and pool side seating area. Wireless internet and basic cable. Located in quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. 15 minutes via car to Ft. Lauderdale beaches, downtown, and Las Olas Boulevard. Pets OK with extra deposit. No smoking please.
Please note that our house is in a residential neighborhood and as such, our neighbors have asked that are question refrain from loud noise and music after 11pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.
After spending two weeks in a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale last Christmas, we decided it would be less expensive and a better vacation to have a home of our own. We purchased this property as a vacation home for the long vacations that our daughter has from school. Ft. Lauderdale is a convenient flight from Washington, D.C.

The neighborhood is safe and close to many amenities. We were able to fully remodel the house, including a brand new pool, and make it a true vacation get away that meets our specs.

My husband and I rented this home in Wilton Manor for a week in Nov 2016. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the house was. We felt comfortable and at home in the house. The house is kept in great condition! The pool is heated and was a nice comfortable temperature. The pool area is also kept up nicely and is a very relaxing area. Tom, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond from the time I initially asked about the property until we checked out. I felt Tom had given us all the information we needed for our stay prior to our arrival. We visit the Fort Lauderdale area often and are somewhat familiar with the area but we had never stayed in Wilton Manors before. We really enjoyed exploring this area. The house is walking distance from restaurants, bars, and coffee houses. We especially enjoyed walking to Lola's market for coffee and brunch! We had a great vacation in this Wilton Manors home!

Had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and fully accommodated 7 of us. The location was great for all kinds of tourist stuff. Great host and all around great experience.
The house was awesome, exactly as shown and described. The location was perfect, and Tom and Mick were great. There were 8 of us, and we didn't feel on top of each other, even with just 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed was there. All we had to do was pick up a few groceries. Given the opportunity I will absolutely rent this property again!
Where do I start? First The communication was A1, every question I had got answered immediately. Tom was awesome. The house is beyond gorgeous, the pool was amazing. Everything was clean to the Max, couldn't ask for a better stay in ft. Lauderdale. I will be returning to stay with this house rental again. Everything you needed was there. Tom worked with us on our budget and that just made the stay that much better. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit ft. Lauderdale. Thank u again for the wonderful stay Tom.
I just wanted to let people know that because of the hurricane our flight was cancelled and we could not work it out to get to Florida. The flexibility and compassion of Tom was remarkable. They are truly in it for people to enjoy Ft Lauderdale. I can't thank Tom enough for helping me through this very disappointing moment. I have been looking forward to this trip since June. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

$500 deposit is required to hold the house. The deposit is fully refundable up until 3 weeks before arrival when full payment is due. The deposit is then refunded after departure when the house has been inspected for excess cleaning and missing and/or broken items
