This Grand Champions condo (#15 in building #2) is located in the heart of beautiful Wailea, a short walk to the beach, and in the middle of the renowned Blue Golf Course. South Maui, with the best weather in the world, is the ideal location for your Island vacation. Should you want to use your gourmet skills, the kitchen is fully equipped. If you would rather dine out, great restaurants, at a wide range of styles and prices, are located nearby, many within walking distance.
The peace and quiet of this lovely 1148 sq. ft. tree-top level retreat will welcome you and provide privacy and serenity, plus cool tropical breezes. Vaulted ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness and ceiling fans throughout allow the Maui breezes to flow through (A/C is also available if you need it). The very private lanai faces a lush flowering tree landscape and colorful tropical birds will eagerly visit you on the lanai if you tempt them with crumbs. Grand Champions Villas consists of just 188 units.
The two bedroom/two bath unit is newly renovated, with a washer and dryer on the lanai, three new flat-screen TVs (one with Blu-ray), high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and free phone service to the US Mainland and Canada. Sleeps 6 using comfortable sofa bed.
An array of beach equipment is available for your use, including boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, and towels. Wailea's white-sand beaches are close by as well as excellent places to snorkel to see colorful fish and sea turtles. Two luxury pools (one a 'quiet pool' and the other where kids can be more rambunctious), hot tubs with Jacuzzi, and gas grills are located within the complex for the exclusive use of guests.
If golf or tennis is your thing, you are surrounded by a world-class Resort Golf Course, and adjacent to a Tennis Club that hosts many of the major amateur and professional tennis events. Discounts are available for guests in this condo. In addition to the Wailea Old Blue course, the Wailea Emerald course (an especially beautiful course) is close by as well as the Wailea Gold course.
Just 15 drive minutes down the road in one direction is the Elleair golf course and one can walk to the clubhouse for the Wailea Blue course. An ideal location for golf! In addition, you will receive a small discount on green fees at the Wailea golf courses.
A casual sunset walk along a white sandy beach followed by an exquisite meal at one of the many ocean front restaurants nearby should mark the end of a perfect day in Paradise—and you get to do it all again the next day!
With 85% of days being sunny and only perhaps 15” of rain per year (mostly in Winter) in this part of Maui, one can enjoy golf or other outdoor activities most every day.

Great location(so quiet), has everything you need!
The property is super clean, has all the amenities you need(if you like to cook, the kitchen has absolutely everything, even containers for beach snacks), in a great location(so quiet here, and close to other places). Overall we are pleased. Big beach is close and it was our favourite beach. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind a walk or quick drive to the beach or other things. :)

Loved this condo. The floor plan is great! The amenities were a big plus. I loved having a blender and making my own smoothies! The beach chairs and boogie boards were very handy, and had just the right amount of beach towels!! Micheal was great! He contacted us to make sure we made it. Then he made sure we knew we could contact him if needed!!!
4 out of 5 stars only because one mattress was very comfortable, but one was a little too hard for me! Otherwise, definitely 5/5!!!

Great Wailea Location
We returned to Grand Champions again this year and stayed in this unit with a second bedroom for friends to be able to join us in Maui. We hope to return again next year to this unit as it is exactly as advertised...location, furnishings, and all extras to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear etc.
We stayed in this condo for a week in December. The condo was very clean and presented as shown in the photos. The carpet had a few stains but nothing too bad. It is an older condo but in good condition.
The lanai was very large and we enjoyed listening to the birds sing every morning and at dusk. We didn’t use the air conditioning often as the cross breeze was enough to keep the condo cool.
The location of the condo is GREAT. We had a short walk to restaurants, shopping and beaches.
I would definitely recommend this condo for an affordable vacation in a great location in Maui. Janine and Michael were very friendly and easy to contact.
Excellent value in great location
Wailea Serenity is a comfortable. quiet and well-equipped condo in the Grand Champions complex at Wailea. It's convenient to great beaches and snorkeling, a coastal walking/running trail, golf, tennis, shopping and an array of nearby dining options ranging from food trucks to high-end restaurants. When we stayed in late August, the rental price was a terrific value.
The owner's representative is Maui-based and quickly responded to a couple of requests for assistance and information. The process for confirming a reservation, providing payment and obtaining a refund for a security deposit went very smoothly.
Serenity is an excellent choice for couples or families with children. My wife and I hope to stay there again the next time we travel to Maui.

Grand Champions Villas is located in the Wailea Resort in sunny South Maui, partly surrounded by the championship Old Blue Golf Course and the Wailea Tennis Center. A convenient reserved parking place is located directly in front of the unit. There are two swimming pools, each with a Jacuzzi and two gas grills. Shopping, excellent restaurants, and other amenities are located within walking distance. Beautiful Wailea beaches are just a short drive or a 15-20 minute walk from the Villas. There is very nice paved walkway between the hotels and the beach - especially beautiful at sunset (from the walkway you may see sea turtles just a few feet off shore).
