Just wanted to say hi and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your place before Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for us and an easy drive for my dad and brother to come join us. The girls loved Macy and the cows, calves, goats and chickens!!
Hope you all have a safe and wonderful Christmas!!
Wonderful family. We had everything we needed to make the move from Chicago to Knoxville comfortable. It reminded me of my families old farm in MN years ago. Recommend.
Our family of four recently enjoyed a weekend stay at Price Farm. This was a good spot for our Raleigh-based family to meet up with my husband, who is doing contract work in Nashville. The home was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed for some laid back family time. It feels a lot like your visiting your grandma's house - not swanky or upscale but comfortable, cozy and relaxed. Our kids really enjoyed visiting the goats (so social - like dogs!) and now want a couple of their own. I enjoyed views of horses and cows while doing the dishes. And being able to buy fresh eggs next door was awesome - my family devoured a dozen in one breakfast! Thanks for the great visit!!
We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time, we had 4 small kids and they enjoyed seeing the animals that the property offered. we purchased fresh eggs right next door it is close to downtown Knoxville and Gatlinburg i recommend the house to anybody that wants to go.
This warm farmhouse was perfect for two families and two small grandchildren. While the adults enjoyed a Tennessee football game on campus about 10-15 minutes away, the children enjoyed watching the cows, goats and chickens. The kitchen was perfect for big, family breakfasts. Some may consider the house a bit rustic; to us, it was obviously much loved and quite perfect for our needs. Thanks for making it available.
The Price Farm was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 young children and it worked out great for us. It was convenient to the events we had in Knoxville and the kids loved seeing all the animals and playing outside. We would definitely stay here again.
Price Farm was an affordable relaxing escape for our family of 9. The location is fantastic with the feel of being miles out of the city while only a
10 min easy drive to the UT campus. We chose it to avoid game-day traffic and to retreat to during our son's wedding weekend at nearby Crescent Bend House & Gardens. It met all of our expectations. We named it Mam-maw's house because the style and retro decor reminded us a great deal of my husband's grandmother's home. It was more spacious that we expected and had everything we needed---plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, a large screen TV (for the game), enough sleeping space, and a tranquil setting. We enjoyed the view, venturing across the road to see the goats and calves, the grill, and the backyard fire-pit.
