Location, location, location. This location is perfect. The beach access is super close and the beach is perfect! You do have to cross a busy street, but, it's not a big deal. We didn't have any problems at all. The condo itself was clean and had most everything you would need. The views are great too!
We felt at home ,we used the kitchen . The pool was very nice and private. Beautiful views . Beautifully furnished . Thank you so much

My family and I stayed the week of July 4th. This was our first stay in this location and absolutely loved it. The views were great from this condo. Nice views of the sound and ocean. The unit itself was very well maintained and furnished. I highly recommend this to others.
We were so impressed with the location and the quality of the condo for the price. Plenty of room and the features were first class. A hidden gem. Close to the Beach, the Sound, shopping and great restaurants. The owner met all of our needs and was helpful with any questions. IMO this was better than the Myrtle Beach condos that we have stayed at. The only improvement that would be a plus for me would be a King sized bed. I am 6'4" and my wife and I are not use to a queen sized bed. We will be back if it is available! Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!
This condo was our first time renting and it was very nice! Great sound views and ocean views limited and wonderful beach access at Jeannettes Pier.
The owner was very attentative to our needs! Very pleasant to deal with! My only complaint is that there were no chairs on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets!
We would definately stay there again!
This property is in a great location...a spectacular view of the sound (especially at sunset) from one end of the balcony and an ocean view from the other end! The condo was spacious and the furnishings were very nice. There were many restaurants nearby, lots of shopping with the outlet stores just next door, and the beach access was within walking distance, although the road did separate us from the sand and water. Since this was off-season, the road in-between was not a problem for us, but if going during peak season, then you may want to drive to the beach, especially if there are children.
The owner was very accommodating and attentive to our specific needs. He was readily available by email and phone. He also kindly addressed any questions and concerns immediately. In addition, he didn't mind giving recommendations about dining, etc. as well as offering us information about the OBX since this was our first trip there. We (our group of 4 women on a "girl's weekend" away) definitely had a fantastic trip and look forward to returning. We are so thankful that we found this great property, and we could not have asked for better owners!
The Outer Banks is a 200 mile strip of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina. Nags Head is in the heart of these barrier islands. The Outer Banks (OBX) is home to the Wright brother's historic flight of a heavier than air vehicle on December 17, 1903 in nearby Kill Devil Hills. The first English colony at Fort Raleigh on nearby Roanoke Island is the location of the birth of Virginia Dare, the first English child born on American soil. The Cape Hatteras National Seashore entrance is in view from the rental property.
The Outer Banks boasts some of the best sportfishing, surfing, kiteboarding and windsurfing on the East Coast of the United States.
The Landings at Sugar Creek is located at the crossroads of these major attractions of the Outer Banks.
Shopping, dining, fishing and outdoor entertaintment are all within walking distance to the property. Jeanette's Pier, a local landmark, recently received a $25 million renovation and is now operated by the North Carolina Aquarium. It will be home to upcoming national surfing and kayaking contests.
The Landings at Sugar Creek features a sound front pool and a boardwalk to the sound for easy access for kayaking , kiteboarding or windsurfing.
