About Tina Ray
We purchased this home in 2009 because it was in a quiet neighborhood off of the Deschutes River. It is also very close to the National Forest where we could ride our motorcycles. We enjoyed it as our vacation home for many years. But now with kids growing up and going to college we do not get here as often as we would like. We bought and decorated this home so it would be a 'home away from home' It is luxurious yet comfortable. You can bring your family here and be assured there is room and something for everyone.

Why Tina Ray chose Bend
The neighborhood is very serene, family neighborhood on the outskirts of Sunriver. You are sure to enjoy the walking and bike paths that go throughout the neighborhood and along the river. Our home has a nice large deck with a private hot tub for six with a back yard of Pine trees that create a private setting. With 5 bedrooms and three baths you will have plenty of room. Upstairs is a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table. There is a library of DVD's that you and your guest are sure to enjoy. Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Microwave, crockpots, Double Ovens, icemaker, plenty of dishes and glasses, Plenty of cabinets and a large pantry so your food storage will not be spread out on counters.
What makes this House unique
It is close enough to Sunriver to enjoy the golf courses, Shopping, SHARC, fine dining however, you get to come home and sit on the deck without the hustle and bustle of the Sunriver walking paths.

Great for our family of 9
Great place to stay! So much room for all of us! Tina was extremely responsive to texts. We loved the walking trails and the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.
Perfect for a crowd
We had a lovely stay , Tina's house was perfect for the 10 adults that we had in our party. The house is fully stocked with whatever we needed. We cooked, sat in the hot tub, rode bikes and floated the river. Tina was receptive and helpful whenever we needed help. Perfect for a large group.
Beautiful property, but in an HOA. CAREFULLY READ through all the rules in advance!!
The house was well-decorated and comfortable. It did fit 12 people, but I believe that some of the upstairs rooms would be better suited for children, not adults, as the space upstairs is pretty tight. Our stay was in the summer and we found that the upstairs could get pretty hot, even if all the AC was directed up there.
The weirdest thing for us was that the house was in an area with an HOA, which turned out to mean the Owner gets harassed by her neighbors a lot for even the smallest of infractions of her guests.
The HOA proved to be our biggest debacle. Our special circumstance was that we were taking a week to spend time with family in the midst of a month-long vacation. We were towing a travel trailer and had to find storage 1 hour away because it could not be parked anywhere near the property, due to the HOA. It also meant that family members had to carpool because only 3-4 cars were allowed in the driveway/garage (or else they would be eligible for a $100 fine per night).
Despite our efforts to abide by HOA rules, The Owner showed up 10 minutes past checkout time, frustrated, because she apparently was being deluged with emails from her neighbors about us. (We had to bring our trailer back to the house to load it up and we were a few minutes late (we had texted in advance)). We were apparently blocking part of a street that no one was driving down.
Here's the deal: for any property on VRBO, click through EVERY piece of anything on the app. There is a lot of information in there that we didn't find intuitively until we had paid in full. It could be a function of the app.
Outside of the trailer loading frustration we caused the Owner, she was a great communicator and made the rules of the place really clear.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Having an HOA means we have walking and riding paths that wind through out our wooded neighborhood and the deschutes River, 3 docks that guest can launch a canoe, kayak or other floating device. We also have a neighborhood pool, small playground and tennis courts for our guests to use. 4 cars will usually fit in my driveway and a 5th car can fit in my garage. If more vehicle parking is needed a guest can contact me and I can give them additional parking that our neighborhood has available. Past guest that have had a travel trailer have been able to park it in the garage. However, an oversize one like yours does not fit at my house. A car had to park behind your trailer and get out of their car while you were loading your trailer hence the complaint from the neighbor.
Great family house!
We were happy to stay here. Pool close by and a beautiful river walk. The house is well appointed for a comfortable family gathering.
Very nice home.
Property was exactly what we had in mind. Our men's tennis team of 7 had plenty of room for our 4 night stay. House was very nice with 6 person hot tube and outdoor bbq area. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The close proximity to the one tennis court, (1 court has been turned into pickle ball courts), worked out well for warming up for our matches in Sun River, which is only about 10 minutes away. The swimming pool and the DeSheuts River were only a few minutes away by foot. I would highly recommend this property.
Great house for large groups
This was a beautiful house just a couple of blocks from the Deschutes River. It had all the amenities for a good time; the river, a walking path, access to hiking, a hot tub, ping pong table and foosball. It also had a canoe and bikes, which we didn't use but nice to have! Tina was very accessible and responded immediately. We would us it again.
