Modern comfort for up to 7 within walking distance to the best of Louisville!

A perfectly located, modern town home located in the Cherokee Triangle Historic Preservation District. Less than 500 feet from a great restaurant, a great ice cream and pie shop, several casual restaurants, two coffee houses, three clubs, a health club and several shops. One of six perfectly maintained and furnished historic district properties we have made available for short term rental.

This three story condominium has two king bedrooms, two full baths, an additional first floor half bath and a full laundry. Flat screen televisions, wifi and gas fireplace are all provided.

It is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa and dining table for six. There is also a full kitchen, powder room and a large flat screen television. A gas fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere in the fall and winter. On the second floor is a full laundry room with brand new washer/dryer, a king bedroom and a full bath. The third floor contains an over sized bedroom with a king bed and a daybed (twin sized) that can accommodate children or another adult. The third floor also has a full bath with shower for two.

WiFi, cable and two parking spaces are all included. Parking is available immediately outside the unit or inside the gated parking area (accessible by the provided remote control).

Beds are made with top quality minimum 400 thread count cotton sheets and four quality pillows. Kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (gas range, stainless Samsung french door refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) and fully stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans and standard utensils. Of course, there is a coffee maker (and locally roasted coffee), toaster, microwave and hand mixer.

Public transportation (bus and trolley stops) are located within 200 feet of the front door.

Close to downtown, close to Churchill Downs and far, far from the cookie cutter suburban experience.

Spacious in a fantastic location!

We loved this property layout. The 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area and living room were on the main floor. Each bedroom was on its own floor with their respective en suites. We were in town for a trade show and brought our two children so the separate levels allowed for lots of privacy. On top of all that, the location was amazing! Starbucks was on the next block along with a Walgreens for any forgotten essentials. Lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Quick access to downtown and the expressway. There is a Kroger grocery headed south on Bardstown Road and a Winn Dixie just off Eastern Parkway for bigger items. The owner was very helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

Great property!

This property was so nice. The perfect spot to meet our friends. The town house is spacious and was very neat and clean. We loved the arrangement and being able to do some cooking in the well supplied kitchen! The location was perfect for a down town concert. We so enjoyed the neighborhood and the cute shops. It is a great place to walk!

We will definitely choose this wonderful townhouse in our next visit to Louisville.

Deirdre was a wonderful hostess and answered any questions we had. We appreciated how neat and clean the townhouse was join our arrival. The little extras made it seem very homey. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay in the Louisville area.

A great place to stay and a very convenient location.

We met our daughter here in March. A wonderful place. We were a walk away from great restaurants, shops and bars. The place was wonderfully furnished with plenty of room. The owner was available by phone. The place was very clean. It was a little chilly, so we did use the gas logs and it was great. Thanks Diedre for sharing your place with us. We will come back

This townhome is located within 150 yards of a half dozen restaurants in one direction and a peaceful national arboretum in the other! Shops, cafes, clubs, cinema and great restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Downtown is less than two miles away, the airport is 5 miles and Churchill Downs 4.5 miles. The city's best park, a 400 acre oasis is less than a mile away. This home is truly at the crossroads to everywhere that is anywhere in Louisville
