A perfectly located, modern town home located in the Cherokee Triangle Historic Preservation District. Less than 500 feet from a great restaurant, a great ice cream and pie shop, several casual restaurants, two coffee houses, three clubs, a health club and several shops. One of six perfectly maintained and furnished historic district properties we have made available for short term rental.

Digital lock allows guests to let themselves in on arrival-- no key pick up required.

This three story condominium has two king bedrooms, two full baths, an additional first floor half bath and a full laundry. Flat screen televisions, wifi and gas fireplace are all provided.

It is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa and dining table for six. There is also a full kitchen, powder room and a large flat screen television. A gas fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere in the fall and winter. On the second floor is a full laundry room with washer/dryer, a king bedroom and a full bath. The third floor contains an over sized bedroom with a king bed and a full sized sleeper sofa. The third floor also has a full bath with shower for two.

WiFi, cable and two parking spaces are all included. Parking is available immediately outside the unit or inside the gated parking area (accessible by the provided remote control).

Beds are made with top quality 400 thread count cotton sheets and four quality pillows. Kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (gas range, stainless Samsung french door refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) and fully stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans and standard utensils. Of course, there is a coffee maker and bean grinder (and locally roasted whole bean coffee), toaster, microwave and hand mixer.

Public transportation (bus and trolley stops) are located within 200 feet of the front door.

Great property!

We stayed Mar 2-5. Townhome was awesome, couldn't be in a better location! Off street and gated parking is definitely a bonus. We were there thur, fri, and sat night and the close proximity to the bars (open til 4am) was not an issue, we slept on the 3rd floor and could not hear the music, our friends were on the 2nd floor and had no complaints. The layout with the 2nd and 3rd floors suites is great, very private. Couldn't ask for a better owner! Will be our go to place next time we visit Louisville.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! The location was absolutely perfect. So much to do. Access to great restaurants and nightlife just across the street. Uber to downtown was only a 7 minute ride. Grocery store is only 3 blocks away. The townhouse was spacious, clean and convenient. We'd definitely stay here again.

This condo is in a terrific location. Several good restaurants in easy walking distance. Parking spaces are tight, but manageable. Overall the condo is a little dated, but comfortable. Would have liked: more reliable, faster WIFI; better water pressure; faucets in 3rd floor bath that leaked less; firmer mattress on 3rd floor bed. Owner was easy to work with. If we visit Louisville again, we would be happy to stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review-- I am sorry about the leaky faucet on the third floor, it is now fixed! To me, luxury is crisply ironed, top quality, all cotton sheets and fine bedding; great, soft towels and quality carpet that is soft on bare feet. Those are priorities to me and what I have in the townhouse along with quality appliances and good quality, classic furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and living room. I think your water pressure may have been affected by the water company working on a nearby main during part of your stay-- I checked the pressure as soon as I read your review and it is fine now. The third floor king bed has a 3" memory foam pad on top of a very firm Stearns & Foster mattress. We added the foam topper in response to a guest complaining that the bed was too hard. For now, we are keeping the foam pad in place, but if future guests feel similarly, we will remove it. We have the fastest internet package available in our area, but it still sometimes seems slow. Thanks again for staying with us!.

Great Location/Clean/Secure

We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to a great number of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee houses and even walk to just walk. It was easy access to downtown and all the major hiways. Well stocked even though we were missing facial tissue and paper towels but our stay was a short one and we really didn't use the kitchen so it wasn't a issue for us. Nice, large bedrooms. Closets have lots of hangers. Just be aware that there is also lots of stairs! Deirdre was very responsive to emails prior to our stay and extremely helpful when we arrived and went to the wrong location. Her suggestions for eating were well appreciated and we were not disappointed. We appreciated the secure parking. Since this townhouse is so conveniently located it is in a rather congested area for traffic so it was really nice to not have to drive everywhere we wanted to go.

very comfortable

We had a wonderful family trip and this townhouse was the perfect place for us to stay. The location is fantastic Very walkable to many restaurants- bars - Starbucks & Walgreens. Its very clean and has everything you need. Everything worked great and the beds are comfortable. One point to make would be on weekend nights if there is a DJ at the bar nearby you can hear it and it goes on pretty late. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms and that helped. You can't hear it as much from the master bedroom. I hope this unit is available next time we plan to come to Louisville!
