Newly upgraded restored historic cabin nestled feet away from the banks of Fish Creek. 2 bedroom can easily sleep four. Watch the creek amble by while lying in bed. Don't be surprised if a Moose knocks on the window! Well appointed, nice linens, a Western Wyoming gem.
Located in the heart of our wonderful hamlet of Wilson, our cabin is close enough to walk to all the little shops and restaurants yet tucked away on the creek to enjoy the tranquility of the setting. Constant wildlife wander through (elk, deer , moose) and countless waterfowl make fish creek their home.
Our cabin has wonderful amenities including; washer/dryer, full kitchen, expanded cable service and internet.
Original homestead of Nick Wilson, built in the 1930's and lovingly restored.
The property is at the end of a drive with three similar cabins. It was clean and as described. It is a true renovated old log cabin. Fish Creek flows feet behind the glass back door and is visible from the kitchen. The master bedroom is surrounded by windows looking out on Fish Creek. We were treated to ducks swimming and feeding in the creek all of our stay. The view from the front window is of snow covered peaks. The perfect place to sip coffee in the morning. It is close enough to Jackson to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. I would stay here again without hesitation.
We had a wonderful time. Watched the moose and deer come by the cabin. Lay in bed and watched the river go by. Fly fished right out the back door. Cycled up to Teton Village. And enjoyed this lovely, recently remodeled cabin. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend this cabin either for couples or for a family of four.
I loved the Cabin. Stayed 12 days and enjoyed very minute of it
My boyfriend and I came in February to stay for a week and absolutely loved it. It's a great location - 5-10 minute drive to Jackson - and it's right by the creek. Couldn't be much more scenic. You can also walk to the small town of Wilson where you can get food to cook at home and rent a movie at the general store. I would recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxed, romantic time.
Located in Downtown Wilson on the banks of Fish Creek. Walk to Pearl Street Bagels, Hungry Jacks General Store or Nora's for breakfast. And down the road is the legendary Stagecoach Bar.
