Tucked into the Deschutes National Forest just down the road from the Sunriver Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC), Sunriver Brewing Company, The Village at Sunriver, Sunriver Resort, and several great golf courses, and just 20 minutes from the cool mountain town of Bend, this contemporary mountain home is surrounded by trees and pristine forestland, with hiking and mountain-bike trails aplenty!
The home itself is spacious and inviting, with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround, and a large flatscreen Blu-ray TV in the cozy lodge-like living room. Just beyond is a dining table for six and an inviting, fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful, warm-toned wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Or, throw some steaks on the gas grill and dine in the fresh mountain air on the spacious deck.
With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of room in this home for up to eight guests. The private master suite gets a floor of its own - enjoy a restful sleep in this lovely queen bed suite on the secluded second floor, which also features a flatscreen TV. Downstairs you'll find two attractively outfitted bedrooms, one with a beautiful queen bed and the other with four twin-size bunk beds. An on-site washer and dryer makes for easy clean-up after a day on the trails.

Beautiful home but needs to have basic maintenance.
Very small, thin walls. Updated nicely well equip kitchen. Awesome location to the Sharc. I would not stay again because beds we're uncomfortable and no King bed, couches are very warn and smelt very bad ended up throwing sheets on top of them. We had a great time other then a few minor fix it's they could do!
Nicely updated. Great location to the Sharc and Village. Mostly clean, however the furniture could diffently be replaced couches visible dirty, beds not comfortable. If you have more then 4 people way to small. It was good over all but not sure I'll be coming back to this one.
I've been traveling to Sunrier with my family for the past 30 years, since I was 6-8 years old. We've stayed in a new house nearly each visit. 3 Raccoon Lane will not be a house that I look to return to again, which is a shame due to the location and quiet of the surrounding area. This house is in dire need of a technology upgrade, furniture upgrade, and décor modification. The rental company was great. The SHARC passes are very appreciated and saved my family hundreds of dollars over a 5-night stay. Raccoon Lane has a great driveway/street for young kids to ride their bikes around safely. We saw deer and smaller mammals each day, and felt safe and peaceful throughout our stay. The beds were mostly uncomfortable and the master bedroom is odd for multiple reasons. Some standard updates to the house would dramatically improve the experience.
We loved this property - the beds were very, very comfortable which is always important. It is located within walking distance from the Sharc and very close to the village which was a nice benefit since my children are still very young and have trouble biking long distances.... not to mention this mama who had one kid in a Burly trailer. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this house again.
