The luxurious Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with open concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in the most central and beautiful area in Vancouver, Kitsilano is a 10 minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you that are here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high speed Wifi, ensuring that you will be able to continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.

As your comfort and enjoyment is of the utmost importance to us, we have paid attention to all of the fine details that really matter. Please inquire if your dates fall between reservations and we might be able to fit you in. Shorter stays are often available, please inquire.

Great spot in Vancover

We stayed in this house with two other couples, so six of us in total. Everyone had their own bedroom/bath. The place is nicely finished and very clean. It was also a great location for us, we walked everywhere - 4th Ave shops and restaurants, Kits beach, sea bus to Granville island.

I would definitely stay here again or try another rental from this owner. We loved it!

What a Delight!

I cannot find the words to describe how much we enjoyed staying at this house! The beds are marvelous, the leather couch comfy, spiffy electronics and housewares (including a dreamy washer/dryer) and all the finishes are top notch. Surprisingly the whole place is very quiet even though it's just a block off a major thoroughfare (with lots of dining options). Rent it -- you won't be disappointed!

Excellent, comfortable and convenient

We stayed with our three teenage sons and we were very comfortable. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs separated by living level - plus three full bathrooms ensures privacy and comfort for all. House was well stocked with all details considered. For our purposes it was very convenient and walking distance to transport, beach, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Beautifully renovated duplex and tastefully furnished in fantastic location

We spent a week here to nurse our jetlag before we head up to Whistler. The place is beautifully furnished and recently renovated to high standards. We have stayed at over 40 houses since June and Jack's duplex has one of the best bedrooms!! We couldn't be happier as there are a few kids channels to keep the little ones entertained and a great 24 hour vegetarian cafe Naam around the corner. Short walk to yoga classes and organic grocers. The water supply was suspended due to nearby construction on our first day. Jack was quick to respond and even showed up with a few liters of drinking water for us. Highly recommended!!!

Meeting of Old Friends

We were four women (3 from Ontario 1 from Vancouver Island) who reconnected in Vancouver for a week's stay at this wonderful house in Kitsilano. The location is the best for exploring Vancouver either by foot, or transit. The accommodation was perfect, providing us with a very comfortable stay all around. We found the home immaculately clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The owner was gracious and welcoming and responded to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a pleasant Vancouver experience. Thank you Jack!

Best Vacation-Rental Experience EVER

I've rented several properties over the years and I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed with ANY aspect of this property or it's owner. The photos are very accurate, and in some cases, do not do the property justice. Meticulously clean, modern & uncluttered, a very well stocked kitchen, and a private full bath for each bedroom. There was a note on each door requesting not to wear shoes in the bedrooms (white carpets) - and because of the cleanliness, we were very happy to cooperate. We had a "ladies getaway" week - one with a bad back, the other 2 just getting older and liking our own beds. The mattresses were VERY comfortable and we all had deep, comfortable sleep - nothing "on the cheap" here. 4 comfortable pillows to each bed, and plenty of linens. The doors/windows do an incredible job of keeping noise out. Outstanding restaurants within 1 block (as well as a liquor store), and 5 - 10 minute walking distances to other fresh food shops and major grocery stores (US visitors note: beer/wine/liquor are not sold in grocery stores). Jack and his wife are lovely people to work with should you need to contact them. We had a couple of questions (via text), and were immediately contacted. The 3 of us felt VERY safe and secure during our entire stay, and it was the perfect central location for everything we had planned (day trips from Whistler to Victoria). "Uber" is not available in Vancouver yet, but we used Yellow Taxi services on a few occasions into the city, and we have nothing negative to say about that. If you are driving, parking is on the street and the neighborhood can get a little crowded (but nothing that should deter you from considering this property), however we always found a spot within two houses of the property at any given time. The Wifi worked great (we definitely required this). I can't vouch for the TV or the stations - we were too busy visiting to ever turn it on. I thought the "fireplace" on the wall was just for aesthetics, but it actually puts out cozy heat - this was nice. Bottom line . . . the 3 of us are seasoned travelers. We've spent at least 20+ years traveling the world with our husbands, and I believe we have reasonable expectations when it comes to various price-points. This property was comfortable and easily exceeded our expectations - thank you Jack!
