This home was perfect for our one month stay. Location of home was very convenient to the Mayo and in a quiet neighborhood. All communications I had with owner was very prompt. I will look to stay here again when I return to Rochester.
Thanks your lot.

Great owners. Good location. Great house.
Very nice home
Renting this house for a month was a nice solution for our health needs. My husband needed to stay in Rochester while recovering from some major surgery at Mayo Clinic - so he would be close by for checkups at Mayo Clinic. We looked at extended stay suites in a hotel, and this house was a better solution. The house was clean and well kept and comfortable. It had more bedrooms than we needed - but we did make good use of an extra bedroom during visits from our son and daughter. It is conveniently located near pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping mall.
A few little things that would have helped us are:
1. Needed Handicap bars in master bath (around stool and in shower)
2. Needed movable shower head.
3. Needed curtains on windows in front and back doors. (It's a little disconcerting that a visitor at front door can look right into front room of the house.)
4. It would be nice if 2nd bathroom (which is downstairs in finished basement). had a shower.
