From the lavish furnishings - made from the highest quality materials worldwide - to the simple convenience of having Kassiopi village centre and its amenities in close proximity, Villa Kristos has it all. The villa profuses elegance and grandeur from every room and outside area to give you the perfect haven to relax and enjoy your holiday in.
The biggest benefit in staying in Villa Kristos is it's location. Set in the exclusive and unpopulated corner of Anatoliko, Kassiopi, the villa is both super private and peaceful yet within easy walking distance from the beaches and Kassiopi's amenities. Via a small, secret path, you can get down to Kassiopi harbour in 3 minutes flat! A super prime location and a rarity for a villa of Kristos' size and luxury. You could be forgiven for thinking that being so close to everything in Kassiopi, the privacy and quietness would be challenged but here it is not. The clever positioning of the villa combined with the acoustic effect from the nearby mountains and the sea ensures your holiday is as peaceful as a 'middle-of-nowhere' retreat.
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Kristos is the unrivaled view. From anywhere you stand on or around the villa - the private pool area, large top floor veranda, covered balcony on the top and first floor, terraced areas and charming gardens around the property - you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. Whilst relaxing at the villa, take time to enjoy your backdrop over Kassiopi village, azure sea, winding coastline, Byzantium castle and the nearby highest moutain in Corfu- mount Pantokratas.
The private pool area -with that fantastic view- is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life, day or night. Displays a huge table in which you can envisage morning coffees, ‘al-fresco’ dining (straight from the stone built BBQ barbeque) and late night, night-caps happening at. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss.
Springtime in Corfu is one of the most beautiful times to visit our island. With the flora and fauna at it's best and bountiful cultural offerings at Easter, there is never anything short to do. At the villa we provide you with a 'what's on' diary providing you with all the important events/precession's/dates in our Greek calendar-religious or otherwise. For those looking to explore, we also provide a nature trail booklet guiding you along one of the most beautiful walks in the Kassiopi area.
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. You enter the villa on the raised ground floor straight onto the spacious and light living area, seperate kitchen and WC. Downstairs on the ground floor are three of the bedrooms, two of which have veranda doors leading to a lovely grassy outside area with steps leading to the pool. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, it's ensuite and huge veranda boasting a comfy seating area. Sleeping in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet - truly the king of the castle. The master ensuite is enourmous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge bath. To top of the luxury quality furnishings, the bathroom has a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. A truly breathtaking feature.
Villa Kristos has been so lovingly designed it matches the aesthetic beauty of the surrounding environment so you can truly live the luxury life. Excellent 5* reviews.

Lovely family sized Villa
This is a great villa with views across Kassiopi and the mountains beyond. Ideal for a family with four good bedrooms, the main bedroom is on the first floor with a large balcony and fab views. The other three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. well appointed but no views.
The walk into town is short and a little steep, however it is quite manageable for even mildy fit people.
Kassiopi is probably the best place to stay on the whole island in our opinion. It has plenty of very good tavernas to choose from and yet retains some of its character. If we were to return to the island we would not choose to stay anywhere else.
Just returned from an amazing holiday in Kassiopi. Villa kristos is beautiful and spacious enough for 4 couples. It is in a quiet location with stunning views over Kassiopi. We couldn't fault it. The location to the town and pretty bay is a 5 minute walk. We would definately recommend this villa and would love to return one day.
A perfect retreat with stunning views of Kassiopi
We were a little early arriving at the villa so we all walked down the secret little path nearby down to the harbour. After showing our family the beautiful little resort of Kassiopi we returned to the villa and was amazed at such a beautiful place both inside and out ! We asked for the pool to be heated as we expected our adult children to use it quite a lot which they did ! The living room was spacious with a decent sized television and plenty of seating. There was also a dining table at the rear of the living room, one in the kitchen and a huge one outside on the patio area so there were plenty of dining area choices. The views from the villa were spectacular and even more breathtaking from the upstairs master bedroom ! This bedroom had a private front balcony area but also had a huge sun terrace with comfortable seating and allowing access for other occupants. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and Keleigh had supplied a lovely basket full of small food essentials. We dined out most evenings but did manage to have a couple of bbq's enjoying the views ! Petrinos restaurant in the harbour seemed to be our favourite haunt and rightly so because the food was amazing ! We made sure we booked our table earlier in order to enjoy our evening meal upstairs where again the sea views were stunning.
Apart from a broken sun parasol which was replaced immediately with a new one, the holiday was absolutely amazing ! Keleigh visited a couple of times to ensure everything was as it should be which was really nice of her. Kassiopi is a beautiful place and the villa made it even more special for us all.
A marvellous place for an Easter holiday
We are a couple in our 60s, who stayed at Villa Kristos for nine days over Easter, with our five adult children and baby grandson.
It was a great place to stay, and Corfu at Easter is marvellous. There are wildflowers everywhere, and such a range of colourful Easter festivals and processions. We thought the pot-smashing in Corfu town was pretty sensational, but it was outclassed by the serene evening church procession in Kassiopi and the unforgettable Easter Sunday family lunch, with its spit-roasted lamb and goat, and riotous red egg smashing rituals. ( You had to be there...)
The Villa Kristos accommodated the eight of us well. The bedroom upstairs is very roomy and has great views, especially from its private deck, and the other three are perfectly adequate. Plenty of hot water for the showers, and when we asked for extra bedding, it was brought immediately.
The villa's very well situated, a quick walk up from Kassiopi, a pretty and unspoilt village which has many little shops and restaurants. We also walked or drove to nearby beaches and villages, and climbed Mt Pantokrator ... four hours but worth it.
It was early in the season but we all swam at least once, as the pool was so clean and inviting. It was pretty bracing, but then we hadn't asked to have it heated.
We cooked for ourselves about half the time (our only niggle was a shortage of good kitchen implements) and were very happy to eat the other evenings at Petrino's down by the harbour...excellent food and a lovely ambience.
Keleigh and Iannis welcomed us warmly and responded fast to any concerns. The villa was cleaned several times during our stay. We all used wifi frequently without any issues.
Overall it was a memorable holiday, and we would highly recommend the Villa Kristos.
Family of 8 holiday in the Villa Kristos
The Villa Kristos was beautiful with stunning 360 degree views albeit situated on a very steep hill. The Villa was very capacious, clean & in good order but certain things are worth a helpful mention some of which have already been said to the owner Keleigh. The main critisism was that the swimming pool had no shallow end - fine for swimmers but hardly ever used by non - swimmers such as myself! A great dissapointment & one that I feel should have been mentioned in the description. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but lacked a colander & coffee machine - the one that was supplied did not work properly so I had to purchase my own with great difficulty ( now bequeathed to Villa Kristos). There were two problems with the Villa security both of which have been reported to Keleigh but had yet to be rectified before our departure - these were no instructions on how to use the safe box supplied & the front R/H sliding door could not be locked. The Villa had 4 bathrooms but only 2 had fixed shower heads - showering with one hand holding the head & the other washing oneself is not an easy task & consequently resulted in queues for the other fixed shower bathrooms. In my opinion baths are very rarely used so shower cubicles would have been a better option or at least fixed showers in the 2 baths! An easy & useful addition to the Villa would have been a comprehensive information manual with an invitation to guests of a discount when dining at your excellent restaurant Petrinos - helpful to both you & guests.
But all in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and we hope the aforementioned comments are of some help in improving your lovely Villa. A big thank you goes out to Keleigh & her husband chef of Petrinos.
- All bathrooms now have fixed shower attachments for ease of use. - The issue with the veranda door has of course been fixed. -An information booklet is provided, containing details on accommodation that may be useful, safe instructions, wifi codes plus mini map of the village and the surrounding shortcuts.
Also, we do not expect guests to purchase ANY household items as replacement for faulty or lacking equipment deemed necessary such as the coffee machine and colander in this instance. I apologise that this was the case for you but I find it a very big shame that you failed to tell me until the day of your departure...by then it is much to late for me to help. To use constructively, I ask all future guests to not hesitate to contact for ANYTHING. There exists many forms of communicating with me should you not wish to call. We do not want simple things like this effecting your overall view of a premier quality villa and ultimately, your holiday enjoyment. Thank you for your comments in helping improve minor things in our villa.
Fabulous Stay in Kassiopi
Our 3rd holiday in Kassiopi and best yet. The Villa Eleni was perfect for us and Keileigh and her support staff were all so friendly and helpfull. The master bedroom upstairs was was fantastic with excellent views and it's own large patio and gorgeous en-suite. Ground floor has the kitchen (with everything you could need) and a huge living/dining area. Lower ground has the further 3 bedrooms, two of which look onto the pool area. The WiFi was great - good enough to cope with 4 teenagers! The pool itself was excellent. A very good size and always very clean. Location wise the villa is situated a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Kassiopi, or 5 mins if you take the steeper shortcut. We hired a mobility scooter for the OAP in our group which worked out well, especially on the wee hill up to the villa. All in all a wonderful holiday and I can't recommend the villa highly enough.
The lovely village of Kassiopi provides a satisfying array of possibilities to suit everyone. From an offering of both traditional and international cuisine to lively or leisurely bar culture to invigorating walks of castle ruins and coast - the variety of choice makes Kassiopi quite cosmopolitan. Kassiopi's village centre is an 8 minute walk away from Villa Kristos (but only 5 minutes via a secret path). Kassiopi harbour reachable within 3 minutes walk. Once there, you can find plenty of things you may need or want: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car-hire, diving centre, excursion/exchange offices, computer access, pharmacy etc. Kassiopi is ideally situated as a base for those who wish to explore the surrounding villages as boat/coach excursions run straight from the village. Why not enjoy a relaxing east coast cruise or, going west, have fun on the sandy beach BBQ trip? Prefer to explore by yourselves? Hire a boat from the quaint harbour of Kassiopi and be skipper for the day. Alternatively, for those who wish to kick back and do nothing, Kassiopi's laid-back atmosphere makes the perfect backdrop. The main beach (Kalamionas beach) is just a 7 minute walk away from the villa. A quaint small cove only 4 minutes walk behind the villa. There are a few equally beautiful small coves along the headland that you may wish to explore also - all within easy walking distance. Being on the north east coast of Corfu, the seas here are free from dangerous currents and they flaunt blue-flag status. Go crab fishing in one of several rock coves or try fishing for your tea - with a big variety of restaurants to choose from, a back-up plan is always available! Corfu’s Golf course is celebrated as one of Greece’s finest and is a 30 minute drive away. All equipment available for hire at the course. Kassiopi plays host to some beautiful celebrations throughout the year and it is at these times, that you really feel the community spirit and authetic greek culture come alive. Notable festivals include May 8th 'panagia' in celebration and remembrance of the Great Miracle in 1530, May 21st celebrating the unification of the Ionian Islands, August 15th in celebration of the assumption of Mary and October 28th celebrating 'Ochi' - 'No' day. Often these days would be highlighted with Parades, marching bands, live music and greek dancing come evening and lots of merry Greek locals! In booking Villa Kristos, you are dealing with the owners who live within the village whom therefore are able to offer great tips, advice and contacts for whatever you may wish to do once in Kassiopi. Most important thing: enjoy your holiday in our village because it's a very special, beautiful place.
