With 95 square meters of floor space, this upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the ideal option for a group of 4. The exterior of this stunning apartment boasts the features of a classic French home while its interior comes with luxurious furniture and high-quality amenities you may need for a comfortable stay in Paris. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a Hausmann building, this apartment was recently redesigned by a seasoned French architect to showcase the beauty of French living. Stunning lighting and high-fashion decor were substantially thrown into the mix to make the apartment more elegant and memorable. There are also wide, tall windows on every corner of the apartment to welcome natural light into the rooms.
This stunning abode is different from other Paris apartments in so many ways. As soon as you step into the apartment, you will notice how its living room is spacious and bright with the large windows and the little balcony. The living room is also equipped with modern entertainment appliances such as a flat screen cable TV, surround-sound home cinema with speakers suspended from the walls, a Blu-ray DVD player, and fast WIFI/Internet access as well as a land-line that allows you to call the US and a few particular destinations for free. A comfortable sofa and 2-high class armchairs complete the look of the spacious living room.
Just a few steps away, you will find yourself in the dining area of this French pied-a-terre. A large, round wooden table is found here alongside 4 wooden chairs. The dining area is adorned with a decorative fireplace with marble borders.
If you are fond of cooking, the kitchen here is perfect for your use. Aside from being equipped with the usual cooking amenities, you will also find a large fridge, stove, coffee maker, oven and a micro-wave oven to prepare your meals with.
After a long, tiring day, kick your feet up and relax on the soft queen-sized bed found in the master bedroom. Occupants of this room are free to use the ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink, bedside tables, another Cable flat-screen TV installed on top of an Italian-designer table, and a large closet nearby. To complete the French look, there is another decorative fireplace in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom, on the other hand, is where you can find 2 single beds, a small study desk, a large closet and another decorative fireplace. While there is a shower in the bathroom of the master bedroom, the bathroom in the second bedroom has a bathtub and a shower.
The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, a group of friends, couples, and even business men and women for short or long term rental. It is centrally-located and has the amenities and ambiance you may need to experience truly authentic French lifestyle.
Avenue des Ternes, one of Paris' liveliest shopping districts, is where you can find the Monceau garden, Monoprix, a few brandname shops and smaller French brasseries. The upscale, serene neighborhood of Avenue de Wagram is just a few steps away while the heart of Champs-Elysées is but 5-minutes away from this iconic avenue.
Also located nearby is rue Poncelet which boasts a bustling, outdoor Parisian market where you can shop for fresh food, delicious cooked meals, as well as gifts and souvenirs.
This area has a particular atmosphere of a village inside a big town, thanks to its old-fashioned market.
Just 5 minutes from the place de l'Etoile, you are just meters away from Champs-Elysees, the greatest avenue in the world! This impressive promenade stretches from the Place the la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe.
Its western end is bordered by cinemas, theatres, cafés and luxury shops. Near the Place de la Concorde, the street is bordered by the Jardins des Champs-Elysées, beautifully arranged gardens with fountains and some grand buildings including the Grand and Petit Palais on the southern side and the Elysée at its northern end.
The Champs-Elysées is the main site for all Paris' major celebrations. This is where Parisians celebrate New Year's Eve and where the military parades are held on the 14th of July. Historic national events, like the Liberation at the end of the second World War or the victory in the World Cup are also celebrated here.
For those coming to Paris on business, you'll be near several business centers, such as Porte Maillot, La Defense, and not far from the Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airports.
We do accept long term rental, please contact us for availability and more information.

We are widely travelled, and much prefer the comfort of staying in an apartment on holiday as opposed to the usually sterile atmosphere of a hotel. We love that there is always a lot more space - than a shoebox room. When we rent an apartment ourselves, we expect a clean and functioning apartment with all the amenities we need for an extended stay. A helpful and friendly host who provides lots of information about the city/area is very welcome and we strive to provide this for guests who stay with us!
This apartment was not quite what we expected. We were three american women that felt the description on VRBO was somewhat deceptive.
The stylish living room furniture was only for looks because sitting on it was so uncomfortable, that we had to move pillows from the beds to place on it in an attempt to make it usable. It felt like you were sitting on a low wooden bench with minimal foam padding. It was very modern and nice looking, but not something you could sit on for any length of time. We found ourselves sitting on the beds instead. This is not how we wanted to spend our leisurely afternoons.
The bedroom with the twin beds didn't have an actual closet, but a portable, flimsy enclosure that was freestanding - probably like ikea. In addition, while the master bedroom closet could be used to hang clothes, you could only do so by using a step stool to reach the clothes rod. Fortunately we found a step stool elsewhere in the apartment.
I have rented through VRBO many times, both in Paris and elsewhere. However, this was not what one would expect from reading the description.
Fortunately, Alicia from VRBO Paris was very nice and tried to respond to our complaints. She even gave us an extra cleaning day, but could not do anything about the uncomfortable furniture.
While we definitely didn't travel to Paris intending to spend all our time in the apartment, we did expect that the time spent there should at least be time when we could comfortably enjoy the living area.
Because of those shortcomings, I can only give this a three star rating.
The tranquility of this location really engendered a 'heaven' feeling for my family and I. It was nice to get back here after a busy day in the tourists areas. It is also itself in a good area with a fantastic market street just around the corner.
We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment and the staff at Welcome2France. This apartment is well laid out and very large for Paris. The bedrooms provided very comfortable beds and linens, and 2 1/2 bathrooms with lots of hot water- need I say more! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If living like a Parisian appeals then this apartment and neighborhood delivers. The Poulet Market is a couple of blocks away - delicious bakery, grocery stores and specialty food shops. The Metro is a short walk from the apartment. Welcome2France is a very professional, accommodating and helpful company.
The apartment was wonderful for our 3 months stay. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. It was very clean and well equipped. High quality furniture and well designed apartment. I was not familiar with this location but I have found it great with shopping and metro stations close by and walking distance to Champs Elysees. Safe neighborhood to walk by at night. The apartment is next door to the open market street "Rue Poncelet" where you can find some great groceries, bakeries, wine shops, cheese shops etc... If you are looking to experience the local parisian lifestyle, this is the place to be. Many good locals attractions and not too touristy. We loved the place, the location and would definitely stay there again!
