From the laminate floors to the curtains and furniture, it's all been recently remodeled and painted in the last 3 years! A comfy CalKing bedroom set with flat screen TV and DVD player. Living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa and rocker recliner. New kitchen cabinets, stove/oven and granite countertops. The lanai stretches the length of the living room AND bedroom. Plantation Hale is a family friendly destination, with three pools, two hot tubs and shuffleboards on site. A friendly front desk staff and concierge are available for your convienience.
Right next door is the Coconut Marketplace where you will find shopping, dining, hula demonstrations, twice weekly farmer's markets and our FAVORITE - Lappert's Ice Cream.
A quick walk up the highway will take you to Safeway, Foodland, Long's Drugs, Fun Factory, Starbucks and assorted great dining!
Our Hawaii Tax ID # is TA-060-878-4384-01. We have a wonderful "on island" contact who's number is in the condo, "just in case" there is a need while you are there!
Jeff is a general contractor and chain saw artist, and Danise teaches registered nursing at the local Community College. We live in the mountains of central California, and have lots of snow in the winter! Kauai gives us a chance to warm up! We have 5 kids, two daughter in laws, and three adorable grandsons! Five years ago, we would never have thought it possible that we would have a condo in kauai, but God is good!
Our picture here is from our recent trip to Kenya (summer 2014) where we spent a month helping at Maisha Mapya Preschool, check it out on Facebook. It is a wonderful preschool which gives education to children who live in the Gioto dump in Nakuru, Kenya.

We LOVE Kauai, since our first visit 8 years ago we have wanted to own property here! Finally this year our dream has come true! We had a lot of fun remodeling this summer, and hope that you will enjoy our home as much as we have!
We love the Coconut Coast and Kapaa in general, because of it's central location on Kauai. It is so easy to get where you want to go, and Kapaa has so much to offer!
We had an amazing 3 weeks! Your place was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. The bed was super comfy I didn't even miss mine! I could have stayed longer. We had to much fun exploring the island. We swam with turtles, zip lined, and discovered countless beaches. We plan on coming back each year and would love to stay with you again! Mahalo
Comfortable condo near pools and hot tub. No ocean view as big resort will be built on ocean front. Good location on side road near Center of the one highway in Kauai.
The unit was just as cute as the pictures. Super communications from the owners. A nice location with a some places close enough to walk and some a short drive away.

This place was right next to the main road but really not too bothersome unless their were sirens. Very convenient location so much in walking distance, longs drug store, Safeway, Starbucks, post office, places to eat and shop. loved waking up and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise. However the cleaning service they use could be a little better. I washed all utensils and pans before use. I also didn't like how the bedroom stayed warm because the A.C. was in the living room. Humidity stays in the condo even with the A.C. on so don't leave anything out that would be affected by the moisture in the air. Also due to the humidity you may want to buy or bring your own towels because the towels provided smelled moldy and foul and that includes the washcloths. Very friendly and helpful staff available at front desk. The bed was semi comfortable, kinda lumpy. Overall it was a decent stay I did get some much needed rest and relaxed mostly on the beaches.
The condo was very clean, it has everything we needed and it is very well situated in the island to go everywhere! The owners are available anything if you have a problem, they answer quickly and try there best to solve it! However, on the pictures, you see an AC in the bedroom and in the living room, but there is actually only one in the living room, so it gets a little hot in the bedroom. Overall, we would really recommended this condo if you are planning on visiting the whole island, we had a really nice stay here! Thank you for everything !
We loved our stay here. It was clean and fully stocked which made our stay very comfortable. There is pride of ownership here. The couches were new, bedding was very clean and wood floors were great with the humidity. The beach, stores and restaurants are all within a 2-5 minute walking distance from the condo as well. Thanks for the awesome experience!!
Centrally located only 5 miles from the Lihue Airport. It's easy to visit both the North Shore and the Napali Coast, along with the East Coast and Waimea Canyon along with all the fun in between! Equally convienent in being next to the Coconut Marketplace for some easy shopping and dining! Only a short walk to a Safeway and a Starbucks.
A favorite spot only two minutes away, is the Wailua River for kayaking, standup paddleboarding and boating to Fern Grotto and Secret Falls! You don't want to miss the Smith Family Luau for the best food and show on Kauai!
A quick 5 minute drive takes you to Lydgate Park for lifeguarded swimming with a lagoon for small children to enjoy the ocean or for anyone to snorkle! Also a playground for kids to enjoy.
