We had a great week!

The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet location across from the beach with a great pool and patio area. I would definitely book again!

Avoid Unethical Owners

My family and I have used VRBO for many years, unfortunately this last spring break to Florida was a disaster at both stays.

In the case of this cottage:

1. It is nicely remodeled, but was terribly dirty. The carpets in both the main living space & 2nd bedroom each had no less than one dozen significant stains.

Further, both bathrooms had human hair around toilets & in corner(s) of showers.

For a family with young children this was a "gross-out".

2. Construction in the adjacent cottage went from 8am-6pm, and it was all saws & power tools cutting tile. Extraordinarily loud and made all of the exterior spaces ( pool, grill, al-fresco tables, adirondack chairs ) unusable.

3. Unethical. When we called to address our concerns the owner said that he had been advised by VRBO to not speak with us.

Of course we called VRBO and opened a file number.

We were told, unequivocally, that the ONLY way to get a refund is by working with the owner directly or to call our credit card company to dispute the charges.

I don't know how these cheaters live with themselves!!

Beautiful and relaxing!

This cottage is lovely and has EVERYTHING to make your stay carefree and enjoyable. The unexpected extras, such as beach towels, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the showers, etc were such a nice surprise. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is listed as a 2 bedroom 1 bath, but it actually has 2 baths. One in one bedroom and a larger one between the other bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. There was even a welcome bottle of wine! Located across the street from beach access, it is quiet and convenient. We loved it and definitely recommend it!
