Remodeled one bedroom, one bath condo (appx. 700 sq. ft) located on Carbon Beach, which is one of the best sandy beaches in Malibu. Stroll on the beach and pass beside some of the most beautiful homes in Malibu.
'The Malibu' is a small, quiet building where you can relax poolside while watching the waves. Cook your lunch or dinner on one of the poolside BBQs and enjoy your meal under the bougainvillea canopy. There is direct access to the sand from the pool - you only have to walk down a few stairs to be on the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided with the unit rental. There is an outdoor shower beside the beach entrance gate to easily wash off sand when you return from a beach walk.
Condo bedroom features a VERY comfortable Stearns & Foster, European pillow-top queen size bed. Open the sliding door to the bedroom (which opens to the unit's balcony) and you can sleep to the sound of the waves. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room. Wireless internet is provided and you can surf the web from anywhere in the unit.
The living room/dining/kitchen is combined area. Living area features a stacked stone wood burning fireplace, brand new custom couch and recliner chairs. Beautiful kitchen with white cabinetry, quartz countertops and designer fixtures. Hardwood floors throughout.
Unit balcony has peek-a-boo view of ocean. You can easily walk to the Malibu Pier to rent kayaks, go on sport fishing boats, have a bite to eat at the very popular restaurant Malibu Farm Fresh, located on the pier. Many other restaurants are within easy walking distance - and just doors from Nobu. Several other restaurants are within easy walking distance, as well as more casual dining options.

The condo is in a very special building. Small, quiet, and with a fantastic Oceanside pool. Also, you can walk to everything you want to do in Malibu, and just leave the car in the building garage.
Definitely a great pick for a silent getaway.
Location: the area is priceless! It has a special warming feeling to walk on the private beaches. The ocean is all yours. I'm addicted, so I was listening the ocean even while sleeping. If you need silence in the night, closing the windows will solve it all.
The interior is unbeatable. Quality furnitures, appliances all around. I LOVED IT!

The property is right on the water and perfectly appointed. There is an off street parking spot under the building which is key. Great location!
What a fantastic staycation. On the best beach in Malibu with a pool is so rare and special. Place is great. Bring clothes and a toothbrush and your on vacation. Walking distance to Nobu, Cross Creek with great shops, restaurants and charming movie theater. The Malibu pier with it's restaurant Malibu Farm is another short walk. Evening and morning walks on the beach are fantastic. The sound of waves is so wonderful. Once we were there we truly didn't want to leave. Can't wait to get back.
We are Malibuites who desired a two week "homestead" on the beach with our college kids while they were home for the summer. The owner of this unit was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. She went out of her way to make it easy for us. This condo complex has a nice pool and deck area with plenty of sun and shade. The location on the beach could not be more perfect. It is a short walk on "Billionaire Beach" (or when the tide is high on the street) to the two most beautiful restaurant and outdoor deck experiences in Malibu (Nobu and Nikita) and to the charming Malibu Pier which itself boasts two restaurants. One strolls on the beach past multi-million dollar homes over white sands and next to cerulean blue waters. The parking spot that accompanies the unit is critical since parking on PCH is almost impossible. As locals, we were able to enjoy our home community in an entirely different way than the one we typically experience living on the land-side of PCH. It was hassle-free and so we visited the beach and the above restaurants far more often. One can always hear the waves from the unit itself and there is a peek-a-boo ocean view from a small deck on the side of the unit. The furnishings are modest but clean and comfortable and the unit has everything from towels to shatter-free glasses to make slipping into beach-living an easy proposition. We hope to visit again and we recommend this unit to everyone.

We had a great week in the condo. The location is fantastic with superb restaurants like Nobu, Nikita and Duke's close by and very convenient. There is a lovely beach by the Malibu pier, which is within walking distance and multiple other beaches just a short drive away. The condo was clean, well equipped (even beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, etc.) and plenty big enough for two people. There wasn't a direct view of the the ocean from inside the condo, but there is easy access to the pool with a great view and friendly, quiet neighbors. The owners were great, met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the place. Overall, a great experience.
Walk to any type of restaurant you wish...from casual restaurants to Nobu at its new location on the beach one half block from the condo. Easy walk to the Malibu Pier and several excellent restaurants. Rent kayaks at the pier. Short drive to other amenities such as shopping, movie theater, etc.
