This 4 star three-bed town house just a short waterside walk to the town centre with lovely views from all rooms. Finished to an excellent standard with top quality fittings and furnishings. Ground floor - double bedroom; shower-room, den/TV room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed; utility with washer and dryer; first floor - beautiful, bright open plan kitchen/living / dining room with balcony, fire, flat-screen TV, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; second floor - double bedroom with en suite shower-room; twin bedroom with en suite shower-room. We had a great week. Granny wanted to show the children and grandchildren around where she was brought up nearly 50 years ago. We had a great time and packed in loads, boat trips, ghost tours, surfing in Garrettstown. Weather was fab all week. House was all we required and more and we would love to come back. Granny really enjoyed meeting up with family and old friends and we enjoyed the stories and all the walks around town.

Excellent Property - Highly Recommended.

We were met by Donna who was very helpful and reassured us that we could contact her anytime if necessary. The house is located in a nice quiet development with lovely views across the water. Property has everything you need and was in good clean condition for our arrival. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the open plan living area on the first floor is ideal with the added bonus of having a wood burner. Kinsale is a great place to stay with a number of very good restaurants, our favourite being Fishy Fishy. We were so impressed by the house that we are staying again next month. Would highly recommend.

Really, really good

This house exceeded my expectations of a holiday home, it was the best equipped holiday home I have ever stayed in and it's location is fantastic, easy walking distance to Kinsale with spectacular views.We were a party of 6 and each individual on the trip raved about this house, I would definitely go back.

Ab Fab Holiday

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Viking Wharf in Kinsale.

The accomodation was very luxurious, the sea view was divine.

We enjoyed the walks and pubs immensely. We were helped by the agent to settle in, and I think the location made the holiday. We would definitely like to return again soon.

We wanted for nothing whilst staying at Viking Wharf, and the generously furnished townhouse and satellite tv for the days the weather was bad, made our stay very enjoyable.

A lovely stay in the heart of Kinsale

A group of us (three couples) stayed in this house for a week. It's just on the edge of the wonderful town of Kinsale so you have everything on your doorstep but it is also the perfect location for exploring west Cork. The property is well laid out, very comfortable and has lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked in a few evenings. The rooms are clean and have hotel quality linens, the showers are great, especially after long walks, runs (and even a brave dip in the January sea at Sandycove). Lots of guides and information are in the house for nearby places to visit. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely go back again. Thanks to Donna who was so helpful and so easy to deal with.

Beautiful house in a beautiful town!

We spent a week visiting family in Kinsale for Christmas and stayed at this beautiful waters edge property.

There were 2 generations staying together including our 3 year old, and the house was very spacious for our large group.

It has a great layout as there are 2 top floor bedrooms and 2 on the ground floor with the living room/kitchen/diner in between them. This meant no one was disturbed by Izzy should she awake, and Granny & Grandad could peacefully watch tv in the living room, while our youngest watched tv in the den on the ground floor. A great time was had by all.

We took lovely trips to the nearby beach, ate at several fabulous restaurants - Jim Edwards was great for us with young children. The property manager was extremely helpful and kindly organised having a Christmas tree set up ahead of our arrival. We'll definitely be back. Izzy is even asking when, which is a sure sign that she enjoyed the new surroundings.

Fantastic House in a Fantastic location.

Had a wonderful visit to Kinsale over the Christmas break,

made special by the personal attention we recieved from the letting manager Donna Buckley, Donna could not do enough for us,what from recommending some brillant resturants, Jim Edwards and Finns Table, to putting milk in the fridge prior to our arrival and leaving some lovely choclates and wine for us,She is a wonderful example of what a letting manager should be. Helpful,informative,and approachable.Truly a gem.

The property was spotless, and in a wonderful position overlooking the harbour.

Donna recommended a lovely harbour walk from Scilly to Summercove and suggested lunch at Toddies the Bulman which was wonderful.

Our first visit to Kinsale was brillant and my wife is already planning a summer visit for us, providing Donna can fit us in, as she loved everything about the house,the location,the town and of course the letting manager Donna.
