Air conditioned through out and furnished to a very high standard this villa offers comfortable and flexible spacious self catering accommodation sleeping up to eight guests. The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and comfortable living area with modern corner sofa, satellite TV, DVD optional Wi-Fi with IPTV service. A large sun terrace leads to the large private swimming pool. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and the large master bedroom with stunning bathroom and corner bath on the second floor. Paphos area information : Paphos is a well established holiday destination, a favourite of many Brtish and German visitors who visit year after year. Visitors are attracted by the 10 months per year of glorious mediteranean climate and sunshine and the short flight times of just four and half hours. Cyprus is a beautiful island steeped in history, pretty scenery and beautiful rugged coastlines

Paphos town has a very pretty harbour with its famous castle edged with wonderful seafood restaurants and cafes along the promenade. In the old town you can browse around winding streets, quaint shops and a covered craft market.

There are plenty of large hypernarkets and shops and a lively nightlife in the famous bar street area. you wont run out of things to see and do, you can do as much or as little as you like.

Kissonerga & Chlorakas area information : Kissonerga is a pretty and traditional village located between the central tourist area of Paphos and Coral Bay. The main old village is located slightly inland and the main high street of the village is lined with a good selection of grocery shops, convenience store kiosks, a pharmacy and a good choice of traditional tavernas.

Where the villa is close to the beach there are sea front located shops and tavernasa all within walking distance.

Kissonerga is ideally located for visitors who want to experience living in a traditional village but also want to be close to the busy evening entertainment offered by central Paphos and Coral Bay.

Family activities in the local area: The Paphos area is great for families as there is such a large choice of things to see and do in the area. Activities include Water Parks, an Aquarium, Blue Flag safe beach at Coral Bay, a bird and reptile park, a donkey sanctuary, ten pin bowling, diving, water sports, boat trips, snorkeling trips, jeep safaris, go-carting tracks with tunnels, mountain biking and horse riding.

If you enjoy local history you are spoilt for choice and much of it is in the Paphos area with the mosaics, Tombs of the Kings and Byzantium museums in Paphos, Aphrodites bath and ruins at Ayios Georgios and Polis area.

We fell in love with the location of the villa because it enjoys a sea front location with sea views and is quiet and private. The villa is within walking distance of restaurants and local amenities and whilst having a car would making exploring the local area easier, there are local buses from the top of the road going into Paphos and Coral Bay for days out.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is set out over two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor ideal for visitors with mobility issues, ideal for parents with children that would prefer to be on the ground floor next to each other. The master bedroom on the first floor enjoys a corner spa bath and its own private outside terrace balcony with sea views. There is a private swimming pool set within mature landscaped gardens with patio furniture and sun loungers or you can walk to the nearby beach at the Cynthiana hotel.

A regular local bus service can be picked up at the top of the road and local taxis and car hire are also available

Lovely clean well maintained modern villa

The description of the villa was very accurate regarding the layout and facilities.There is a regular bus to Coral Bay and Paphos, which was quite often very busy with standing room only. A phone number of a local representative was provided should you need to contact someone during your stay. The staff in the local shop and car hire company were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa and if we returned to this area would be very happy to stay in this property again.

Villa Aquamarine

The location of the villa is very good, there are bars, supermarkets and a beach all within walking distance which are all local small businesses. The bus service to Pathos and Coral Bay is very simple to use at 1 euro and gives access to busier facilities and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The villa itself is clean and modern with plenty of space for 6 people not sure about fitting 8 people. The outside space was good but had a lack of sunloungers (only 4 of which one was damaged) and the outside dining table only had 6 chairs. Only 1 sun umbrella is provided so shade from the scorching heat was limited. There is no furniture at all on the upstairs balcony which is a shame because it was a lovely big space with gorgeous views. Lisa and her team at Lifestyle assets are very good and were very helpful both providing information before our stay and during our stay. I would recommend the villa for families and young people and would definitely book a holiday via Lifestyle Assets again.

Wunderbare Villa

Wir haben gerade eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gute Lage in der Nähe von paphos und für Ausflüge. Also ganz klar empfehlenswert !!

Golf: Three golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive of the villa the most famous of which is Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley both are open to the general public.

Ski: Cyprus may be well known for its sunshine and beach holidays, but in the winter months up in the Troodos mountains there is a ski area with ski lifts that gets good snow coverage and is popular with locals and visitors that want to ski in the morning and sun bathe in the afternoon!!!
