Gracious STL row house, we will be back!

  • 5 of 5

This house took us back a century or so with its 12 foot ceilings and 10 ft windows. However, every modern convenience was also present. We entertained friends and it was perfect. It was a cool, clammy day so we had a fire in the parlor. Lovely! Plus walking distance to some nice restaurants. We also enjoyed the home theater. The only downside was sluggish wifi.

Exceeded Expectations

  • 5 of 5

We could not have been happier with our accommodations. The home is absolutely lovely as shown in the pictures. The location near Lafayette Square could not have been better for us. The walks around the neighborhood were an event in and of itself (beautiful homes, gorgeous landscapes and gardens, LaFayette Park, shops and restaurants...) We could get everywhere we wanted in such a short time. Went to the Arch, Forest Park (History and Science Museums), The Courthouse, Cherokee Street antiquing, toured Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser), and my personal favorite - The Botanical Gardens. Food was amazing. Left our recommendations in journal in the VRBO rental. Our experience with the owner and manager could not have been more welcoming or gone smoother. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to return someday!

Beautiful and comfortable home in an ideal location!

  • 5 of 5

Would highly recommend this lovely home!

2 adults and 2 teenagers had the perfect amount of space for our own time and then could gather as a family in the 3rd floor media room. Susan was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in getting us settled upon meeting us at the home. Hope to stay in this fabulous home again in the future!

Nice, older property with today's amenities. Enjoyed staying in a historic area of STL.

Family of 6 stayed in property during Presidents Day weekend for a National Volleyball Tourney. Great to be close to downtown. Historic area of STL that gave us access to downtown (5-10min) and the Zoo (10min).

Enjoyed learning about this historic property. Parking right in front, plenty of room, and fully stocked kitchen appliances, etc. Great hospitality from manager/owner as they helped accommodate us arriving late.

Great Home in Beautiful St Louis Historic District

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful home. The home is in great condition with a beautiful back yard and deck area. The neighborhood was just gorgeous and it was quiet and safe. There are restaurants within walking distance. We loved the Mexican one. The house was well equipped. There are a lot of stairs in the home. The media room upstairs was enjoyed with very comfortable seating. You also have a view of the arch from the upstairs window. There are so many things to do. This was a girls trip into the area for Joyce Meyer Women's Conference and the location was easy to get to downtown. Overall a great rental!

Great stay in St. Louiis

  • 5 of 5

We loved this house, the neighborhood and the local restaurants. A great place to use as a base to explore St. Louis.

The house was well equipped with a great kitchen and backyard to relax in. Lots of space and nice sitting areas.

Susan met us at the door with a warm welcome and made us feel at home right away.

Hope to stay here again when we visit family.
