Hi, we are pleased to share our totally renovated personal vacation home with respectful adult guests. Crystal Shores Villas is a beautiful, small quiet property of 22 individually owned townhomes on the shores of Incline Village

-Overlooks the Lake and mountains from Living area and deck.
-Totally remodeled, 2-level; 1,100 sq.ft. townhouse.
Split-level: Living area and kitchen are upstairs / Bed & Bathrooms are downstairs. (No unit above ours, so it is nice and quiet).
-Located on Lakeshore Drive with sidewalk; thus, great for walks/jogging.
-Paved walk to our small private beach (it is downhill and approx. 50 yards).
-Yes, you need a car to get around..
-One assigned parking space next to condo (parking is not covered).
*+* Minimum CHILD Age- We have our own and love children; however, our small floor plan and quiet complex is not conducive for kids play nor noise. The stairs, railing wall in the upstairs kitchen and the 2nd floor deck can be prone for an accident. Deposits have unfortunetely been forfeited on occasion for damage, scratches to wood floors/dings in walls/cabinets/fridge door; the stair railings repaired from leaning/pulling on them.
We know kids are kids but we are an individual owner owned complex and a few of the owners are not pleased with renters so we are trying to avoid their complaints. Please, we have nothing against children but important to consider the above as these situations are never enjoyable.

*FIREPLACE- Non-Operating at this time- we have candles in the fireplace. Fires are prohibited and we know candles are not the same ambience as a fire but we are waiting on a gas line to be installed.
\- Our Homeowners Association rules apply to guests.
-SURVEILLANCE/security CAMERAS monitor the doors & exterior of building.
-- small private Beach with lounge chairs, picnic table area and a charcoal grill.
(FYI-our beach is manmade and does NOT have direct swimming entry into the lake. You may use our neighbor's complex to enter the water for access or Burnt Cedar Beach)
-BEDROOMS- both with King-size beds (Luxury Firm mattress) and 42' LCD TV's. (limit to 4 guests/2 per bed and no air mattresses or sleeping accommodations allowed other than the bedrooms).
-Air Conditioning units in each bedroom- it is very rare to find A/C in Tahoe since it is normally cool at night. However, there can be hot evenings and for me, one hot night for sleeping, is one too many! We have floor Fans that we normally use at night for air and white noise.
-BATHROOMS- are small but have walk-in showers, lots of storage space, heated floors.
-WIFI & Cable TV (we do our best but can't guarantee if Charter is having a signal issue).
-Hairdryers/bath & beach towels/Soap provided.
-Generous sized Deck with furniture overlooking the lake.
-Beach chairs provided for you to take to the other beaches.
-NO bicycles due to legal liability to lend them; Paddle Boards for rent at Burnt Cedar Beach.
*Walk/Jog/Bike along the relatively flat sidewalk of Lakeshore Blvd. which we are located.
-Hyatt Casino & Spa- 2 miles from us on Lakeshore Blvd.
- Burnt Cedar Beach has an outdoor heated Pool (1/2 mile away) and Incline Beach (2 miles away) are available for a guest fee of $12 adults, $4 children. In the summer, Incline Beach has live music. Both serve food and alcoholic drinks.
Our remodel includes high quality materials and furnishings: Slate entry and stairs, Malasian mahogony floors, granite kitchen and bath counters; custom knotty alder wood cabinets and doors; slate and travertine showers; KitchenAid appliances; custom wall texture and glazing; washer and dryer; 55' TV in Living Room and LED TV's in bedrooms-with cable.

Incline Village is considered one of the finest communities on Lake Tahoe and the closest to Reno Airport (28 miles).
-Great views of the lake and mountains from the living room and deck.

-Small, quiet and beautifully landscaped complex with private beach.
-Situated on Lakeshore Blvd which is ideal for walking/jogging on the sidewalk.
-1/2 mile to private Burnt Cedar Beach which has a large outdoor pool (entry charges apply); 2 miles to the Hyatt Casino (which is also on Lakeshore blvd). 4 miles to Diamond Peak ski resort in Incline Village. www.ivgid.org/departments
Guests may use Incline Village's private beaches,tennis courts, gym, indoor pool (for a fee).
My friends and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and this really is an amazing home to rent. The owners renovated this condo beautifully, and it is both cozy and modern. You get the feel of a traditional Tahoe cabin, but with very modern amenities. Having recently renovated a home of my own, I appreciate all that went into the planning and materials they used. Everything was so well done - including the lighting.
The location is very good. Just outside of downtown Incline, but still very close to all of the restaurants, the Raley's, the Starbucks, the Hyatt, etc. And it has a stunning view of the Lake. It's a perfect spot for Summer boating or beach going, and in the Winter, you can enjoy the view from kitchen clear through to the living area.
There is plenty of living space to relax, a very nice kitchen with all of the appliances, pots, pans, flatware and dishes you would need to make all of your own food. There's a big screen TV in the living area, one in each bedroom and high speed internet throughout. The two bedrooms and baths are good size and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is great. Nice linens, nice towels, comfy beds and pillows were enjoyed by all. Did I mention the floor heating system? Amazing. There are 4 climate zones you can control for heating and the bathrooms have adjustable heated flooring - perfect for Winter!
Overall, we really, really enjoyed our stay. The location and view were great. The owners have provided every amenity you may need for your vacation, so you can just relax and enjoy their beautiful home.

Our stay was great! The recent upgrades in the cabin made it feel like a brand new home away from home. Very comfortable beds, heating kept us comfortable and it was always quiet so we were able to sleep very well. We never heard any traffic or neighbors, so a nap in the afternoon was also possible! In addition, Terry and Mark were very helpful which made our stay that much more pleasant. Can't wait to come back for another visit!
This property is right on Lakeshore Blvd, easy walking trail access to see some of the better homes on Tahoe. The property itself is very nice; updated, open and spacious, very nice kitchen, televisions in both bedrooms, and lake access. Is a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend.
There is not much I can say other than this was a perfect place to stay. The townhome is beautiful - great views, modern appliances & upgrades, and in a quiet area. Terry and Mark were very easy to work with. The location is nice that you can walk down to the lake or walk along lakeshore blvd - also very close to town. I highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back and stay there again!
Just spent a lovely four day weekend at this property and it was exactly what we were looking for! Mark and Terry were easy to work with, the property was gorgeous and luxurious. The unit was impeccably clean and the beds were high quality and comfy. It was just the right size for two couples, and the kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed to cook a full dinner. We had to do basically nothing in order to check out, which was refreshing. In addition, Mark was prompt in returning the security deposit. I highly recommend this property!
We are long-time Tahoe renters and this is going to be the first place we check next time we want to visit. Great location, excellent condition and amenities, and couldn't have been easier to work with the owner. Oh and the view can't be beat!
Crystal Shores Villas is located on Lakeshore Blvd.
In addition to our own small private beach, there are 2 large beaches available to our guests on LakeShore Blvd. Burnt Cedar Beach has a heated outdoor pool, is 1 mile from us and Incline Beach is 2 miles.(these are private beaches for Incline Village homeowners and their guests with a $12 entry fee/$4 children). Beaches have bathrooms, snack shacks, bars, beach beverage service; grills, picnic tables, kids playgrounds, beach volleyball.
Grocery Stores-The Village Market is 2 miles away and Raley's (very large chain grocery store) is 4 miles away.
The HYATT Casino and Spa is also on LakeShore Blvd (about 2 miles from the condo).

Sorry but the Fireplace NOT operable at this time . No occupants in excess of the stated number of guests in agreement (i.e. no parties).
Cancellation: Within 45 days, reimbursement IF we can re-rent your dates.
Designated Parking: 1 Car My Parking spot is approx 25 feet to the front door. Parking is not covered- we don't get much snow at lake level and the Association has snow plow service, but be aware that there can be snow/ice in the lot at any time.
Please review Calendar and Rates prior to inquiry. To reserve, let me know and my property manager will email you a guest agreement. (We DO NOT hold dates until 50% deposit and agreement are received) Thank you!
I return Damage Deposit asap- as soon as the cleaning crew completes inspection.
