-Overlooks the Lake and mountains from Living area and deck.
-Totally remodeled, 2-level; 1,100 sq.ft. townhouse.
Split-level: Living area and kitchen are upstairs / Bed & Bathrooms are downstairs. (No unit above ours, so it is nice and quiet).
-Located on Lakeshore Drive with sidewalk; thus, great for walks/jogging.
-Paved walk to our small private beach (it is downhill and approx. 50 yards).
-Yes, you need a car to get around.
*+* Minimum CHILD Age- We have our own and love children; however, our small floor plan and quiet complex is not conducive for kids play nor noise. The stairs, railing wall in the upstairs kitchen and the 2nd floor deck can be prone for an accident. Deposits have unfortunetely been forfeited on occasion for damage, scratches to wood floors/dings in walls/cabinets/fridge door; the stair railings repaired from leaning/pulling on them. We know kids are kids but we are an individual owner owned complex and have had complaints from children noise/crying Again, nothing against children but want you to be aware as these situations are never enjoyable.

*FIREPLACE- Non-Operating at this time- we have candles in the fireplace. Fires are prohibited and we know candles are not the same ambience as a fire but we are waiting on a gas line to be installed.

Our quiet, lakefront complex of just 22 townhomes has its own Beach with a small picnic table area and a charcoal grill on the beach for USE by OCCUPANT Guests Only.
(FYI-our beach is manmade and does NOT have direct swimming entry into the lake as it is in front of our boat slips (you may use our neighbor's complex to enter the water for access or Burnt Cedar Beach)
-BEDROOMS-have King-size beds (Luxury Firm mattress) and 42' LCD TV's. (limit to 4 guests/2 per bed and no air mattresses or sleeping accommodations allowed other than the bedrooms).
-HEAT- electric heat with thermostats in each room.
-Air Conditioning units in each bedroom- rare to find A/C in Tahoe but you will be glad if it's a hot night in July/August! We have floor Fans in the hall closet that we normally use at night.
-BATHROOMS- are small but have walk-in showers and heated floors.
-WIFI & Cable TV (we do our best but can't guarantee if Charter is having a signal issue).
-Hairdryers/bath & beach towels/Soap provided.
-Generous sized Deck with furniture overlooking the lake.
-Beach chairs provided
*Walk/Jog/Bike along the relatively flat sidewalk of Lakeshore Blvd. which we are located.
-Hyatt Casino & Spa-2 miles from us on Lakeshore Blvd.
- Burnt Cedar Beach/outdoor heated Pool (1/2 mile away) and Incline Beach (2 miles away) are available for a guest fee of $12 adults, $4 children.
Our remodel includes high quality materials and furnishings: Slate entry and stairs, Malasian mahogony floors, granite kitchen and bath counters; custom knotty alder wood cabinets and doors; slate and travertine showers; KitchenAid appliances; custom wall texture and glazing; washer and dryer; 55' TV in Living Room and LED TV's in bedrooms-with cable.
*4 person Maximum Occupancy (please-we don't allow sleeping anywhere other than the beds).

Incline Village is considered one of the finest communities on Lake Tahoe and the closest to Reno Airport (28 miles).
-Great views of the lake and mountains from the living room and deck.
- Totally remodeled with fine materials and workmanship.
- 2 level townhome; therefore, no noise from another unit above ours.
-Small, quiet and beautifully landscaped complex with private beach.
-Situated on Lakeshore Blvd which is ideal for walking/jogging on the sidewalk.
-1/2 mile to Incline Villages private Burnt Cedar Beach which has a large outdoor pool (entry charges apply); 2 miles to the Hyatt Casino (which is also on Lakeshore blvd). 4 miles to Diamond Peak ski resort in Incline Village. www.ivgid.org/departments
Guests may use Incline Village's private beaches,tennis courts, gym, indoor pool (for a fee).
We enjoyed a terrific stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was just as described in the reviews, descriptions and pictures. The location is convenient for getting to many places by car or walking. The condo itself is beautifully finished, comfortable and outfitted with high-end furniture and kitchen gear. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several great meals. The views are fantastic. I can't say enough good things! Thank you for the wonderful experience. We'll be back!
What a fantastic find. Like others, I almost don't want to leave a review because I want to come back and don't want to compete for availability.
The location was perfect. Far enough from Stateline to avoid the tourists but close enough for a short 20 minute drive to what the Heavenly area has to offer. The view from the living room was fantastic. The kitchen is well appointed and the Raley's is conveniently located to stock the pantry and fridge.
The mattresses on the king size beds were superb and everyone slept great. The heated flooring in the bathrooms was awesome.
Mark (the owner) and Terry ( the property manager) were super responsive and helpful.
We will did the snow season and we will be back for the summer.
The condo is beautifully updated and has everything you could ask for. The house it well appointed and very tastefully done. The location is fantastic, private and quite, yet close to everything. The upstairs open floor plan is very comfortable for relaxing. Although we thought this unit was actually on the first row water front, the view from upstairs deck was fantastic and just steps from the private beach. Mark and Terry were great to work with and made the rental process so easy and enjoyable. Great stay at a great condo.
My family and I have been to Lake Tahoe for the past 5 summers and we really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the lake are amazing and we really took advantage of being able to swim just steps away from the property. It's also very closely located to all of the many other activities in Tahoe. We also got a lot of use from the bikes. The unit was extremely clean and had all updated amenities. Terry and Mark were so easy to work with and made the rental process and stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo was everything and more. It was fabulous. Perfect for our party of 4! Awesome kitchen with great appliances and all the cookware you need as well as utensils. The view of the lake was awesome ! There is a private seating area near the water with chairs for your use. BBQ on the deck. Bikes for your convenience. Washer and dryer a bonus ! The beds and linens were top of the line. So awesome that our sister and brother in law went and bought a new mattress, the same one as in the condo, when they got home as they loved it so much ! Mark and Terry were very easy to work with. Terry was great with all his suggestions. We ate at 3 of the places he recommended and they did not disappoint. Condo was perfectly located for us! Hyatt resort and casino a short distance. With an awesome bike / walking path along Lakeshore Drive. This place and owner / property management does not disappoint. We will be back ! Thank you Mark and Terry. This is a GEM ! Shhhhhhh!
First off, let me say that we stay at a couple of VRBO places each year and have been for a long time. Besides the town home being a lovely place to stay i want to comment on two things that are uncommon for VRBO owners to do. My husband and I could never figure out why we were paying for the clean up crew to clean after our departure and yet we had to be deal with the sheets, the towels, and the trash each time. It was wonderful to actually leave a property without doing any of these things. Of course, we put all our dishes in the dish washer and didn't leave a mess, but this was out of respect, not obligation or threat of the loss of our deposit. It is the way things should be. Also, instead of waiting for a month to get our deposit back, he sent it back right away. These 2 business choices, alone, on part of the owner, would keep us returning. And yes, it is very beautifully done and very comfortable. It would be nice to have the view unimpeded by the units below us, but the view is still very nice. We spent part of our day contemplating on the rocks by the water. The location is also a plus. We definitely recommend this unit.
Crystal Shores Villas is located on Lakeshore Blvd.
In addition to our own small private beach, there are 2 large beaches available to our guests on LakeShore Blvd. Burnt Cedar Beach has a heated outdoor pool, is 1 mile from us and Incline Beach is 2 miles.(these are private beaches for Incline Village homeowners and their guests with a $12 entry fee/$4 children). Beaches have bathrooms, snack shacks, bars, beach beverage service; grills, picnic tables, kids playgrounds, beach volleyball.
Grocery Stores-The Village Market is 2 miles away and Raley's (very large chain grocery store) is 4 miles away.
The HYATT Casino and Spa is also on LakeShore Blvd (about 2 miles from the condo).

PARKING: 1 Car
My Parking spot is approx 35 feet to my home's front door (Cars only) and are on a slight incline as the property gently slopes down to the lake. Parking in Not covered. The parking lot is cleared for snow as frequent as our service can get to it but could at times be snow or ice. There is flat level parking for a few cars at the top of the property and potentially along lakeshore drive.
