Its name comes from the meeting of two rivers whose paths cross in front of the house, on the corner of an island located in the depths of the Delta, in a unique landscape.
There are 30 ha in which to relax, explore, enjoy adventures in kayaks, boat rides etc.
The journey is part of the adventure. There are several ways to get there:
A - By water taxi from Campana (40 minutes from the port of Campana)
B - By car/van to the house (1.5 to 2 hours from CABA)
C - By car/van to the crossing of the Paran River and then I bring you to the house in the van (1.5 to 2 hours from CABA)
D - I meet you at an agreed place and take you to the house in the van (1.5 to 2 hours from CABA)
A - I will provide you with information on how to get to Campana from wherever you are, including the boats, their schedules and where to get off.
B - I will give you information on how to get to the house with a detailed step-by-step map. It's impossible to get lost.
C - I will give you information on how to get to the crossing with a detailed step-by-step map. It's impossible to get lost. Then I will look for you on the island side and bring you to the house.
D - The most simple: We coordinate with each other so that I meet you in an agreed place and bring you to the house in the van.
You can choose the type of trip that you prefer.

The estate and surroundings:
The El Encuentro estate has an area of 30 ha.
In addition to the house, there is the pier and the barbecue. Within the estate we have a plantation of 1000 pecan trees and several hectares of native forest with local flora and fauna (you can ask me about it). We also have an orchard, a machinery shed next to some rooms for staff, and we are building a small house between two trees.
About 500 m from the house we have a neighbor who lives with his family in a delimited property of 50 m2 within the boundaries of the estate. He is very friendly and helpful. There are no other neighbors within a radius of 2 km.
About 3 km away there is a school, a police station, a playground with games for children, a full-size soccer field and a store, and a small medical clinic.
If you come by car on your own you have the possibility of touring the surrounding area. The island supports itself mostly through forestry so along the side of the road during most of the trip you will see large plantations of poplars and willows.
Within the island there are several rafts that take you across from one side of the river to the other.
- WATER: The tap water is river water and is not suitable for human consumption. The drinking water is stored in the drums inside the house and in the barbecue area.
- COMMUNICATIONS: In the area there are both 3G and 4G signals. The estate does not have Wi-Fi or a telephone line.
- WASTE: obviously there is no routine collection of waste in the area so what we do is try to reduce garbage to the minimum. We separate the organic waste for the compost, and separate the plastics from the non-organic waste.
We ask for your collaboration in maintaining cleanliness and the natural equilibrium of the environment.
