This condo is on the 11th floor with southern exposure overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a nature preserve. The two lighted, screened-in balconies with lounge chairs and dining tables/chairs give plenty of outdoor living space in addition to the three bedroom/two bathroom interior. All bedrooms have flat screen HDTV and the living room features a large screen HDTV with blu-ray player. The laundry room and fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and all imaginable utensils make life easy for your vacation! Each room also offers custom window treatments and tropical decor. Since these photos were taken, more decorating and tile work in the dining area have been completed.

I am a resident of Ohio and enjoy spending as much time in Southwest Florida as possible. However, I work full time and can not spend nearly the amount of time I would like at our condo. Consequently, I have chosen to lease it out to only one or two renters a year. This unit has been fully renovated with ALL new furniture, TVs, etc and I want to keep it looking brand new!

This area of Florida is the absolute BEST place to relax and enjoy life! The shops and restaurants at Cape Harbor are the best in Cape Coral and offer a wide variety of choices. The marina is a wonderful place to watch the boats, meet the local fishermen or rent a boat of your own. It offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The condo is also located close to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. A short drive will get you to some of the best beaches in the world! Also, historical sites, museums, wildlife areas, shopping, etc are within a short drive.
The outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel and the nature preserve are breathtaking. You can choose to lounge on one of the two lighted, screened balconies with a good book, or dine outside on either balcony - all while enjoying the most awesome area of Florida! The condo offers custom window treatments in every room so if napping is your thing, it is easy to do!! If you are going to the beach, the condo is also equipped with beach furniture for you to use while you are in town!
I was looking for a waterfront vacation rental that I could share with my 92-year-old dad on a little mini-vacation. We wanted a place large enough for the two of us, with a view of the water, and a coffee shop and restaurant within easy walking distance from our condo. Not asking too much !!! Lori's condo was a perfect choice. My dad could easily navigate around the complex. We had coffee every morning at Run Agrounds (we sat outside at the dog-friendly seating overlooking the marina, and enjoyed talking to the "regulars" who gave us tips on restaurants, etc.), had a great lunch at Rum Runners, shopped at the beautiful onsite art gallery displaying local artists' work -- all without leaving the property. We spent every evening on the large screened lanais drinking our martini (dad !) and wine (me) watching the boats come in and go out of the harbour. It was fun to watch, and the view was incredible. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious, with any kitchen item you'd want, very comfortable beds and furniture, and 2 screened lanais that face southwest -- with beautiful views of Sanibel in the distance, and cooler than the full west-facing views. Lori was wonderful to work with -- very responsive, flexible, and informative. It was nice to be able to spend so much time with my dad, and staying at this terrific condo was icing on the cake. I highly recommend it as a place to get away, relax, and enjoy life. Thanks, Lori!
Cape Harbor is an outstanding community with waterfront restaurants and outdoor dining. Shopping, swimming, fitness center, art gallery, marina and boat rentals are all within a short walking distance. Great walking areas around the marina and shops welcome everyone! Just added - free wi fi in the unit!
Unfortunately, the state of Florida requires me to charge a tourist tax of 5% and a sales tax of 6% on the total rental fee.
