Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
With lots of stairs you'll get your exercise. If you're lucky enough to get sunny weather you can enjoy an amazing view from the top deck. Hot tub is nice and private. Kids had fun downstairs.
My wife and I brought 3 teenagers for a weekend, we wanted a place with a view and a short walk to the sand and plenty of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all weekend. This house fit the bill perfectly, though we felt we should have brought 4 more people with us since we had so much room. The upper deck is great, although it was too cloudy for us to see an amazing sunset. Will flag this property as a favorite, we will be back.
The house was very comfortable. There was ample sitting room in the living room, and the dining room table was great for out party of nine. The kitchen was well stocked with he basic items. Bedrooms were fine and the teenagers enjoyed the downstairs. Everyone in the group said they would come back. I would suggest that the kitchen drawers need to be cleaned and we found hair on a couple of towels. Other then that....the house worked well for us. Thank you for the quick response to us on getting the T.V. working.
The beds were comfortable and the main living area (along with pool table and big screen tv) was a huge plus. The large kitchen table had plenty of seating. The hot tub was popular as well. We loved having a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen was well stocked, but the condition of the pots and pans was the only disappointment. I wish I would have brought my own. Great house, great view, and great location!
Although the house is older, it is in quite good condition. Really lots of kitchen utensils, etc for cooking. Pots and pans need to be replaced, though; they are in bad condition! We stayed four nights and cooked in every day. Loved the big table! Plenty of TVs! Family enjoyed the house.
I did not remember that there was any mention of 3 flights of stairs to the bedrooms. Probably should be a special notation.......
