Why Rebecca Rodriguez chose Santa Fe

Why not!

What makes this house unique

Location! You can walk to most everything. Downtown, Plaza, Farmers Market, Canyon Road... Size for a one bedroom makes this a sound choice. You won't find anything like this in a hotel room. Our location is in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Loved it! Quiet and cute. Comfy and convenient.

This casita had everything we needed in the bath and kitchen. Bedroom was spacious. The back patio came in handy for coffee or wine to go along with the beautiful weather. And it was a short drive to all of the action in downtown Santa Fe. Ok, we could have walked if we had so desired.

This was my second stay at this property. Everything is right about it. Convenient location, nice decor, and fully equipped. I highly recommend this one bedroom.

Roomy, comfortable casita

  • 5 of 5

This is truly a well furnished, comfortable, clean casita in a great location. It is also quite spacious, with a very large bedroom. Though I didn't need them this time, the washer and dryer is a super thing to have. Rebecca was immediately responsive the times I contacted her. Can't wait to stay here again.

Close to the Square, charming, fully stocked kitchen, sweet patio

  • 5 of 5

After trying to find a rental in Santa Fe for several weeks, dealing with others on rental sites and getting the runaround, we found the Baca Street apartment. Rebecca was easy to work with, very kind -- a no stress rental. The bed is comfortable, plenty of closet space to hang clothes. Kitchen was fully stocked. And the back patio was lovely. This is a perfect location for 2 adults alone or with a child. I would definitely recommend this rental. One small thing, a ceiling fan in the BR would be a great addition!

a wonderful, comfortable, convenient casita

  • 5 of 5

I stayed (single 64 year old) at this wonderful place for a month, mid Jan. to mid Feb. It was a perfect place, quiet and safe, walking distance to the BEST Whole Foods and everywhere you need to go. It was warm and cosy, the bed was comfy and the little patio was great on those warm sunny day with a good book. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling on their own or a couple. It had everything I wanted, was clean, well cared for and affordable. Thanks for a great trip!

Cozy and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

We enjoy Santa Fe in December so rather than stay at a hotel for a few weeks, we decided we might try a monthly rental. We were fortunate to find this cozy casita. In addition to the convenience of having a kitchen, it is within a ten minute walk to the historic plaza and the famed Farolito walk held every Christmas Eve. It's location made us feel as though we were living in town rather than just visiting. The bedroom is spacious and the rooms comfortably heated (important in Dec. weather). The owners were attentive to our needs-- they even sent someone to brush the snow off our porch steps.
