Cosy and everything you need

We had a great stay. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. Enough room, even with 2 adults and 2 kids and Nirmal kindly let the kids run around the back garden. Easy entry and exit any time of the day or night. Overall really impressed.

Compact and suitable even for a family of four!

It is a well thought out compact unit with all the amenities necessary for a long stay. My family and I stayed for nearly 2 months and we were very happy. The landlord lives next door and is very nice and helpful.

Great location in the outer suburbs.

Nirmal was an excellent host who on arrival took us to the local Tesco to pick up supplies. The accomodation could do with a little updating but the beds were comfortable. It's a half hour trip into London. There is also a local bus stop to get you into Purley. It was great accommodation for what we were looking for.

Short visit

My son and I were visiting south London looking for a rental property. This accommodation was ideal for that; close to the areas we wanted and very clean and quiet, being in a nice neighbourhood. It was nice to be able to go for evening walks, as well. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would go again.

The property was ideally situated for visiting London

We found the property to be shabby and under equipped. There was a lack of cooking utensils for instance there was no tin opener, fish slice or a rack in the grill tray. Although the heating was excellent the lack of rugs in the sitting area and the bedroom made the rooms feel less cosy. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The wi-fi was fast and reliable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but won't be going back.

Owner's Response: Hi I do not agree that the property can be called shabby your own comments contradict this , I am sorry about the tin opener and will provide one ,there are three sharp knives which can be used to slice fish . I have never been asked for a fish slice and never use one, I have bought a rug for the sitting area ,but some people prefer the wooden floor. thanks Nirmal
