This spacious 1600 sq ft. newly updated condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an amazing ocean view. Has a private balcony where you can enjoy whale watching. Can sleep up to 8 people. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, while the master bedroom has a king bed. The pull out couch can accommodate an additional 2 guests.
On the property you will have access to a restaurant, private beach, pool, children's pool, exercise room, hot tub, tennis courts, and putting green.
This nice quiet property is surrounded with biking and walking trails and shops. Enjoy a local farmers market and just minutes away is Kaanapali Beach.
After falling in love with my wife and honeymooning in Hawaii we both fell in love with Maui and had looked at property's on our return visit's hoping to find just the right condo. Finally we did!

This was the first condo We looked at on this trip and nothing else could compare, it just felt like home. So we told the realtor to cancel the rest of the viewing's, we wanted to purchase # 134 Sands of Kahana.
Almost 1600 sq feet of living area, large window's for viewing (30 ft wide) open floor plan with two queen bed's in rear bedroom and a king bed in the master. A large kitchen and pantry.
My first time to Maui and boy was I impressed with this property! All the comforts of home and more! Two full baths and WIFI that worked perfectly. Great views of the ocean and the pool made for some stellar views while eating breakfast each morning on the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and everything was very clean and comfortable. Steve was great to deal with as I had many questions before my arrival and a few after I got there!! He was more than helpful and glad to offer suggestions for shopping and restaurants. The Sands of Kahana has multiple gas grills around the common areas to be used for cookouts and special meals. They were always spotless and well maintained as was the rest of the complex! I will be returning to this property as soon as I can work it into my plans for next year. Thanks Steve and Beth for everything!! Don't ever let this property out of your hands! :)
Our trip to Maui was a dream vacation! Your condo was a huge contributing factor to the enjoyment of our 12-day stay. All of the comforts of home and more! Because of course at home we cannot soak in the amazing view and see the ghost island, Molokai, disappear in the distance and then magically reappear a few days later. Nor are we able to watch whales from our lanai, the sunlight reflecting off their immense flippers as they move in and out of the waves in slow motion. We would grab our binoculars and focus quickly on their dark forms out on the ocean. Incredible! But let’s talk about the really important stuff. Like water pressure. There was consistently good water pressure in our showers. Notice I wrote showers in the plural form. Because I didn’t have to share my bathroom! Not even with my husband! Now that is luxury. Really, everything about your condo was extremely comfortable. So spacious. I will soon be purchasing a memory foam pad for our bed at home because your king bed had one and we loved it. Hopefully we will return to Maui someday and when we do, we will definitely stay in the Boyce condo at the Sands of Kahana!
We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo at the Sands of Kahana. It is always a pleasure returning to Maui and the SOK with it's beautiful surroundings. Your condo was just perfect for our girls get away. Steven the owner, was very helpful and pleasure to work with. The property is well maintained and clean. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen for cooking, the outdoor beach stuff and the restaurant next to the pool was very nice too. Also having a store in walking distance was very convenient for things you may have forgotten. If you are looking for a place in SOK, I would highly recommend this condo. I would definitely stay again...
We had a party of 2 adults and 6 kids and the condo had plenty of space for us. I loved the ocean view from the lanai. The owner, Steve, is very helpful and easy to work with. The property is very nice and well maintained. Beach access is very convenient - maybe 200 feet walk through the property. Although I didn't use them, the gas grills were cleaned daily and there are more than enough grills for the demand. We were driving a 15 passenger van, and we were able to find outdoor parking all the time.
The beach is great for swimming and playing, but not so much for snorkeling. For that, we went to Kapalua Bay and Black Rock, which was the most enjoyable. Both are about 3 miles away. Other than that, we didn't do very much near the condo, since we already had our trip planned out with activities all over the island.
I would definitely stay again.
We truly enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and had more of an apartment feel than the condo feel. Steve was a pleasure to work with and very helpful if you had any questions. The condo was in a great are in West Maui close to many things like restaurants and activities. The property was well maintained and clean. Great views from balcony and ok beach out front. The whales were jumping right out front. Property had an activities desk if you needed to book anything as well as very clean gas grills to cook out or a quaint restaurant next to the pool. The condo was well equipped with beach stuff, coolers, chairs, and towels. Furniture was all quality stuff too. If your looking for a place in SOK or in the area I would highly recommend this condo.
It was a nice place but could use updates. Ceiling in bathroom leaking fm above and carpets very dirty. Good size. Good lay out. Awesome views. Awesome owners.
