Stay in central Salt Lake City! Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment—one-half of a duplex on a residential street—is within 10 minutes of downtown and within 20 to 30 miles of world-class skiing on Utah’s mountains.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is great for a multi-generational family of skiers and non-skiers, teens and adults.
The two-floor layout includes one full, upstairs apartment and another full basement apartment—each with a kitchen/kitchenette and living area. Spend time together during the day, then find privacy in the evenings.
Both apartments are joined by a staircase leading down from the upstairs kitchen. Or, alternately, the upstairs can be accessed through the front door and the downstairs through the back door.
Every bedroom has either a full, queen, or king bed, and all beds have carefully selected mattresses and luxury bedding.
While the adventurers hit the slopes, others can head downtown to shop, eat, and explore Temple Square (all 10 minutes away by car). Or stay in and take advantage of the free WiFi, Blu-Ray players, and Netflix on each of the apartment’s 3 flatscreens.
With a long driveway and carport, there’s plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles to park off the street. And with keyless door locks, you don’t have to worry about keeping track of keys. We create an easy-to-remember code specifically for your group.
We also offer additional accommodations on the other half of the duplex, with room for up to 5 more people in a totally remodeled rental apartment. (In total, we can sleep 12 guests if all units are available). Feel free to ask us about our other rental options.

This rental is located at the corner of a residential street and 700 East, which provides quick, easy access to I-80 and I-15, and downtown.
• GETTING AROUND •
If you’re coming here for both skiing AND downtown Salt Lake City, our rental is in an ideal location: 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown and no more than 30 miles from all the ski resorts. If you have no interest in skiing, that’s fine, too—there is plenty to do within minutes of this rental. Most places are less than a half-hour away by car:

Why did we decide to rent our place
Traveling is our passion! In June 2013, we left home to start traveling around the world. So, since we needed to complement our income to cover our travel expenses, we converted our home into a nice, comfortable place, perfect for short-term stays. So, by renting our home you are not only getting the best deal for your money, you are helping us to fulfill our dream to continue travel abroad. We feel that our vacation home offers flexible space that would be ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Spread over the main floor and basement of the house, the rental offers two living rooms and two kitchens which is why it’s so great for extended family or friends.
The kids can be playing on the Xbox 360 downstairs leaving the adults to watch TV or chat upstairs. In the basement the living room has the Xbox, with games, as well as a 55” LCD HDTV that has DirecTV, Blu-ray home theater system, and free movies through Netflix.
The upstairs living room features a 42” LCD HDTV, also with DirecTV and Netflix, and there������s a Blu-ray player in addition to the one downstairs. Wireless internet is another added bonus, and the kitchen upstairs has everything you’ll need including purified water, while downstairs there’s a handy washer and dryer.
The location, value, and quality of this Salt Lake City vacation home makes this an excellent choice all around.
Two-unit duplex apartment perfect for friend groups and families of up to 8 guests! The key numbers: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, 2 kitchen spaces and 3 flatscreen TVs—all with Netflix and cable.
JoAnna was wonderful at helping me with my reservation and super friendly each time I reached out to her. The home was PERFECT! We loved the downstairs living room area with the reclining chairs and large flat TV screen. It was perfect for us at the end of the long day of conferences. We enjoyed having a kitchen and washer and dryer. The place was clean and comfortable and if we are ever in SLC again we would definitely book here again.
This vacation rental was one of the best that my family has ever experienced. It was exactly as advertised and the owners spelled out everything in such a kind and loving way. I was struck immediately upon entering the property with how well it was maintained and how clean and in excellent repair everything was. It was just perfect for our family gathering. I would highly recommend this place and owners, for a great, quiet, comfortable place to stay.
Jonah and Carmen is very nice, good men. The property is fully identical to those described. The area is quiet and beautiful views of the mountains. Wall-Mart and Starbucks nearby. Take a trip to Park City and Antelope Island. All our questions quickly and readily responded. We ordered a package in which Carmen helped me a lot to give. As a friendly greeting. I highly recommend the apartment and hospitality as well. If you are traveling to SLC again, are you sure we will live here. Once again, thank you for everything.
My family enjoyed staying at your property. It was cozy, convenient and comfortable. Access to the property was easy, on the major route. Amenities, especially the kitchen, were very well provided. We recommend this place for people to rent And enjoy the salt lake city.
Looks simple from outside. But is very spacious and we'll maintained.
It was relaxing after a long drive
I thought I rented a single family home, however, when we drove up we realized it was a duplex. It looked very small from the outside, but once we were inside I couldn't believe how large it was. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to stay. 3 rooms most definitely fit 2 adults each, however, the smaller room in the basement was good for one adult or 2 small children since the bed is up against a wall.
We were very happy with this space.
We had friends come in from out of town for our wedding and needed a place to fit us all. The property was a little rough on the outside (hole in the lawn with a board covering it - I assume a sprinkler issue. Inside, all was cozy with inviting beds and couches. Our children (four between all of us) had ample rooms and a kid cave with tons of games and entertainment options so the adults could chill and converse. No weird neighbors, no stress, would definitely book the rental again.
