Home away from home in Bavaria

I think the best indication we can give of how much we liked this place is the fact that before we had even finished our stay, we asked the owner if we could book it again for the same time next year. We stayed in the type 3 apartment, which is beautifully appointed and fully equipped, spacious, and perfectly maintained--and it has a view that is truly spectacular. It is a short walk to all the best parts of Partenkirchen (including Ludwigstrasse) and any conveniences you could want in terms of restaurants, groceries, banks, etc. The trails up behind the building are wonderful as well. The owner is responsive, welcoming, and very easy to work with. Landhaus Pitzner was a highlight of our trip, and we are already counting the days until our return next year.

We recently stayed in the Type 3 unit at the Landhaus Pitzner and were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful the unit is. The building is impeccably maintained along with the unit itself. The type 3 unit is on the top floor of the building and has an absolutely stunning view of the mountains and the valley of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The finishes in the unit are of beautiful quality and again everything in the unit is well thought out and kept immaculate. The owner is very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive via email. The layout is very conducive to two couples or a family as there are two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is gorgeous, well kept and very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having our glass of wine or beer in the evening and our coffee in the morning. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

excellent property and facilities, clean and spacious with wonderful views over town and mountains.Lovely town with good bus and train links to many places of interest. Cable car access to many mountains and marvellous walks once there. Owner very helpful and we wish to return. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I, and another couple stayed here for 13 nights in April 2011. We flew to Germany from Florida (USA) and arrived to find our place absolutely outstanding. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious, the views are spectacular, and everything is so very clean The village of Garmisch/Parten-Kirchen is beautiful, and charming we walked around almost every day just to be able to capture the true beauty of the area. We have been home now for 24 hours and we truly miss our time in Germany. It was truly the trip of a lifetime for us... Staying @ this beautiful rental comes highly recommended!

A very special place

Having searched long and hard to find a luxurious apartment, we were lucky to find Landhaus Pitzner and have since visited several times over the past few years. All apartments are excellent and very well presented - extremely clean, comfortable and peaceful. The owners take pride in presenting five star accommodation and it is evident that they work hard to maintain their standards: superb interiors, excellent car parking, first class washing facilities and their general care and consideration all go hand in hand to make a visit thoroughly enjoyable. Even though we visited very early December on one occasion we were greeted with a beautiful Christmas Tree. Views from the apartments are truly magical. The walks are excellent and the town and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance with skiing also very close. We are extremely particular where we stay and we are confident that anyone visiting here will not be disappointed.

Fewo Typ 3: Eine Spitzenausstattung rechtfertigt Preisleistungsverhältnis! Hervorzuhebendes, persönliches und dezentes Vermieterengagement ohne sonst übliche Rendite-Attitüden sind in jedem Detail (Einrichtung / Technik / etc.) spürbar!

Eine Wohnung zum gepflegten Wohlfühlen(Sauberkeit und Wertigkeit sind kein Fremdwort!) mit einmaliger Lage und entspr. Ausblick; und doch "Fuß-zentral" zu Restaurants bzw. Partenkirchen-Mitte.
