Each apartment has separate entrances and underground parking space and has a flat screen TV with satellite system and DVD / CD stereo system. An under floor heating system ensures a pleasant temperature inside. A lift allows you to manage without having to use steps (disabled-friendly). Each of the 2 bedrooms offers spacious room in the stylish and luxurious country house ambience. A room for washing, drying and ironing in the house, also a ski and bicycle storage.

Wonderful rental!

We rented the four bedroom apt. for our family vacation (3 adults and 2 children). We had more than enough room and I couldn't get over how clean and warm the apartment was. It is absolutely beautiful. The location is great and we will definitely return!

Fantastic property! Perfect in every way.

We have stayed in this lovely flat three times now, and it is always in perfect condition, immaculate. Well built, awesome location with amazing views of all the mountains in the area. Always as clean as only good German attention to detail can make it. Easy walk to the heart of Partenkirchen, with several nice restaurants and lots of shops just around the corner. Christian and his family are always friendly and welcoming, very attentive. My favorite part is the parking garage dug out of the stone hillside, with always a little fountain of water coming down the side and into the ground, just like a little Ludwig's grotto. Impossible to be disappointed in this place in any way. Well, ok, just the internet system is a bit odd, but good signal etc., just that it limits the number of devices and always has to be logged into again, with a silly long code. But, that's pretty minor...Go stay, you'll love it!

Fantastic Property

My husband and another couple rented Type 3 for 5 days in September 2015. The apartment was quiet, immaculate, and comfortable with fantastic interior design and views from the front balcony. The apartment was an easy walk to restaurants and a perfect location for day trips to nearby sights and Austria. The building had a convenient elevator from the interior parking garage up to our apartment. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return.

Excellent Apartment

What a lovely well equipped, spacious and clean apartment to use as a base to explore the area. My family spent 7 nights here and really appreciated having a nice apartment to come back to at the end of a tiring day.

Located only a short walk away from the historic town centre, with its cafes and shops it provided a relaxing home from home.

The owners could not do enough to make our stay perfect and made sure that a travel cot and hi-chair were in the apartment upon arrival.

I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and having a garage for my car.

Top marks for a quality apartment.

Fabulous Place

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 3 days in October, and hated to leave. It is very, very clean, bright and sunny, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely balcony with a view to the mountains. Both Mr. Holger and Mr. Klotz were very kind and helpful to us. Internet was free, and worked well. Garage parking was also great. I recommend this property very highly to anyone.
