This lovely condo is managed directly by the owner. We are available on e-mail or cell phone to communicate directly for booking or during your stay. We have local housekeeping and maintenance available as needed. No need to deal with a large management company and pay added fees.

Ski-in from 4 O’clock ski run and cross the street to ski-out on the Snowflake chair lift. Walk three blocks to town to enjoy a meal. Enjoy a spacious and serene condo with beautiful views of the Town of Breckenridge, Mt. Baldy and Peak 8. Listen to a summer concert at River Walk Center. Relax by the stream that runs past our condo. Drive two hours from the Denver Airport to our condo. Come experience the best location in the town of Breckenridge, a premier American ski resort.

This townhome style condo has 1,625 square feet of living space. A tri-level with great natural light throughout, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms on the second and third floors, bright living room and dining room and fully stocked kitchen on the first floor. A large heated garage for one car has ski storage and reserved parking for a second vehicle outside. Appointments include 4 Flat Screen TVs, complimentary high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace in living room, a jetted tub in the master suite, and a washer/dryer on the second floor.

There is ample room for eight persons around the dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. If you wish to cook for the group, there are full sized appliances and a selection of large pans or you can have meals delivered to your door. The living room has a soft leather couch to gather everyone together to watch a large HDTV (37”) with many Comcast cable channels (incl. HBO and Shotime) to choose from. There is generous storage for winter parkas, boot trays and hooks to hang clothing for drying.

Two bedrooms have queen beds with ensuite full baths. The master bedroom stands alone on the third floor includes a large bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and a walk-in closet. This is a lovely quiet room with a comfortable chair, step out balcony and views of Mt. Baldy over the town. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a view from the step out balcony up the slope to Peak 8 and overlooking the creek. The bunk room sleeps four persons in two bunk beds, suitable for children or adults. Bunk room guests use a bathroom with shower across the hall. Each Queen bedroom has a wall mounted 32” LCD TV. The bunk room has a LCD TV (15”) that can be set up to play with a guest's game box.


Winter: Ski/snowboard Destinations (Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe, Copper and Vail), Ice skating.

Summer: Mountain Bike, hike, music concerts, white water rafting, fly fishing.

Year Round: Breckenridge Recreation Center (description below), Upper Village Pool and hot tubs.

Reservation dates are not secured until payment and signed rental agreement are received by owner.

50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Total charge includes: Rental Amount, Sales Tax of 12.275%, Damage to the condo or contents which is the responiability of the tenant will be charged to the credit card on file, and Departure Cleaning Fee of $160. Cancellation: If you cancell less than 60 days before your scheduled arrival, the cancellation cost is the total rental cost. If the condo is re-rented, the cancellation cost will be adjusted.

Check in time is 4:00pm on your arrival day. Checkout is 10:00am on your departure day.

Week long bookings receive a one day discount - Stay 7 pay 6.

Our permanent home is in California, we vacation in Breckenridge annually – winter and summer. We are delighted to share our vacation home with discriminating guests who enjoy the mountains and a beautiful location. We are the original owners of the well maintained condo which was built in 1996.

Why Bill or Mary Jo chose Breckenridge

Our family skied all over the western U.S. with our children. We frequently skied with a second family and their children. The condo was selected and furnished to sleep eight in bedrooms. We love the variety of skiing because some of us are cruisers and some are double black aficionados. We like the Town of Breckenridge - a real town with a genuine American West history. We visit Breckenridge in the summer to enjoy the National Repertory Orchestra. We personally maintain the condo in top condition for our guests.

What makes this condo unique

Location, location - truly ski-in and ski-out. Stop in for lunch and loose no time getting back on the slopes. Ski rental shop, ticket window and Snowflake chairlift are across the street. Enjoy pleasant spacious living (1,625 square feet) and vaulted ceilings in all bedrooms. Lots of natural light, step out balconies with mountain views and the sound of the stream fills the rooms in summer. Walk 3 blocks or ride the free town shuttle to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The town offers entertaining events throughout the year. Breckenridge is a real town with unreal skiing.

Very nice

We thought this place was great. The location is superb (easy walk to chairlift and from 4 o'clock run), the kitchen was very well appointed, everything worked (including cable TV, hot showers, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and multiple coffee pots) and it was sufficiently spacious for 7 of us. The owner sent us a very thorough set of directions before our arrival that told us just about everything we needed to know. We'd happily return in the future.

Amazing location and a cozy condo!

We had a wonderful ski trip to Breck with our family. The location is perfect for those with children. Close enough to walk to the Snowflake lift and an easy “green” to ski back to the condo. Within walking distance to the many restaurants of downtown. The fireplace made for a relaxing evening. The condo is also very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and utensils if you want to stay in and cook. The large table also fits a big family. Great for playing games and creating memories!

Great condo for a good price

Great condo with adequate space for large family or 2 smaller families having 2 masters and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunks. Nice open living area and adequate appliances. Across street from Snowflake lift and ‘ski in’ from 4-O’clock run up to backside of complex (then walk around to enter). Is on 2nd floor so walk up stairs though garage on 1st floor can be used to store ski gear. Owner was very accommodating and no hassles with check in or out.

Very clean, very convenient and very roomy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property while skiing at Breckenridge! We were surprised at how large the condo was. The layout is great and we had lots of room for the 8 people in our party! We also liked all the extras in the condo, humidifiers, lotion and washer/dryer. The location was great too, right across from the snowflake lift! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!!

Great location, very roomy, had everything we needed and more

We stayed here the last week of January 2018. It was a great choice. Snowflake lift was right across the street and it was easy to ski home on the 4 O’Clock ski trail Home. It has heated garage which was perfect for parking and ski storage. Did not have to clutter the apartment with skis and snowboards. There were 3 sleds in garage also, we did not see them at first and bought one at Walmart in Frisco, so there should be 4 now, which is great because there is hill behind unit great for kids sledding once the lifts close. The TV’s have been updated. They were not small as in some reviews. I noticed they also were bigger than TV in photos. The kids could watch TV in there room if they wanted. It is also close enough to walk to Main Street, we are from Florida and did not like the walk in thin air, not back home which was uphill anyway. Quick drive and two parking lots at end of road made driving to Main Street very east. Overall a great place to stay, much to do around the apartment. they had two ski rental places with in a block of apartment which was great also. Just a note, first day taking snowflake lift we saw two moose, kids thought that was awesome. They were walking by the creek just below the lift.

Lovely property and great location. Get clarity on departure time.

Property is clean, well stocked, and convenient to town. Kitchen is immaculate. Everything is marked and organized. Make sure you get clarity on departure time. We didn't know that property had been rented on the day we left. We were waiting for a shuttle bus back to Denver and had new tennants walk in. VERY awkward.

Breckenridge Recreation Center a 5 minute drive or shuttle bus ride (880 Airport Boulevard) is available at a nominal fee. In addition to a gymnasium the 69,000 square foot center offers indoor tennis courts, lap and leisure pools, a water slide, a racquetball court, basketball courts, indoor rock-climbing wall (top rope, bouldering and lead climbing), an indoor track, weight training and cardiovascular equipment, yoga, aerobic dance and a sauna. The Stephen West Ice Arena offers ice skating and hockey the whole family can enjoy (public skating sessions daily). The free Breckenridge shuttle has a bus stop across the street from the condo. Summit Express shuttle can transport you from the Denver airport to the condo door and back. Rocky Mountain National Park, a two hour drive to the north, has stunning views and wildlife. You can take a short bus ride to Keystone or Arapahoe Basin. Vail is 45 minutes West on I-80. Some multi-day Breckenridge ski passes have exchange privileges with these areas.
