This townhome style condo has 1,625 square feet of living space. A tri-level with great natural light throughout, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms on the second and third floors, bright living room and dining room and fully stocked kitchen on the first floor. A large heated garage for one car has ski storage and reserved parking for a second vehicle outside. Appointments include 4 Flat Screen TVs, complimentary high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace in living room, a jetted tub in the master suite, and a washer/dryer on the second floor.
There is ample room for eight persons around the dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. If you wish to cook for the group, there are full sized appliances and a selection of large pans or you can have meals delivered to your door. The living room has a soft leather couch to gather everyone together to watch a large HDTV (37”) with many Comcast cable channels (incl. HBO and Shotime) to choose from. There is generous storage for winter parkas, boot trays and hooks to hang clothing for drying.
Two bedrooms have queen beds with ensuite full baths. The master bedroom stands alone on the third floor includes a large bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and a walk-in closet. This is a lovely quiet room with a comfortable chair, step out balcony and views of Mt. Baldy over the town. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a view from the step out balcony up the slope to Peak 8 and overlooking the creek. The bunk room sleeps four persons in two bunk beds, suitable for children or adults. Bunk room guests use a bathroom with shower across the hall. Each Queen bedroom has a wall mounted 32” LCD TV. The bunk room has a LCD TV (15”) that can be set up to play with a guest's game box.
Winter: Ski/snowboard Destinations (Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe, Copper and Vail), Ice skating.
Summer: Mountain Bike, hike, music concerts, white water rafting, fly fishing.
Year Round: Breckenridge Recreation Center (description below), Upper Village Pool and hot tubs.

Reservation dates are not secured until payment and signed rental agreement are received by owner.
50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Total charge includes: Rental Amount, Sales Tax of 11.675%, Damage to the condo or contents which is the responiability of the tenant will be charged to the credit card on file, and Departure Cleaning Fee of $140. Cancellation: If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more before arrival, the cancellation fee is 15% of total rental amount. If it is cancelled less than 45 days before your scheduled arrival, the cancellation cost is the total rental cost. If the condo is re-rented, the cancellation cost is adjusted.
Week long bookings receive a discount.
Our permanent home is in California, we vacation in Breckenridge annually – winter and summer. We are delighted to share our vacation home with discriminating guests who enjoy the mountains and a beautiful location. We are the original owners of the condo which was built in 1996.

Our family skied all over the western U.S. with our children. We frequently skied with a second family and their children. The condo was selected and furnished to sleep eight in bedrooms. We love the variety of skiing because some of us are cruisers and some are double black aficionados. We like the Town of Breckenridge - a real town with a genuine American West history. We visit Breckenridge in the summer to enjoy the National Repertory Orchestra. We personally maintained the condo in top condition for our guests.
Location, location - truly ski-in and ski-out. Stop in for lunch and loose no time getting back on the slopes. Ski rental shop, ticket window and Snowflake chairlift are across the street. Enjoy pleasant spacious living (1,600 square feet) and vaulted ceilings in all bedrooms. Lots of natural light, step out balconies with mountain views and the sound of the stream fills the rooms in summer. Walk 3 blocks or ride the free town shuttle to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The town offers entertaining events throughout the year. Breckenridge is a real town with unreal skiing.
Our group of 6 enjoyed everything about our experience in this condo. It was cozy, organized, and inviting. The property owner was easy to deal with; very prompt and professional in business dealings. We came with the notion of skiing hard every day, but it was hard to leave because the condo was so nice. It is just across the street from the Snowflake Lift so getting on the slopes was very easy. There were bus stops located within an easy walking distance from the condo so we were able to explore the town at our leisure. We did not use the pool or hot tubs because we had too many other options. This was one of the best places we have stayed.
Two families traveling together for a fun-filled summer vacation in Breckenridge. The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is very conveniently located a short distance from the downtown shopping/restaurant areas. We also took advantage of the pass for the pool and hot tubs, again just a short beautiful walk away. It was a great way to relax and let the kids get their energy out! We were all very impressed with the very organized and spacious kitchen - everything you need to prepare and serve meals is there! An added bonus was the creek directly beside the unit - we loved the background of the water noise! The owners were prompt in all communications, helpful in answering questions and very friendly. They have also put together a great binder of tips and information which was a nice touch. Excellent value and space for the money! We will definitely stay here again!
Everything in the condo was just as promised. The condo was right across the street from the chair lift and ski rental place. I was impressed with the heated garage and the cleanliness of the condo. We could walk down the hill less than a 1/4 mile to town. Owner was very professional and prompt in our dealings. Very good value for the money.
Another great vacation in Breckenridge! Antlers location for skiing via Snowflake lift, and it's also an easy walk to town. This is a really nice property!
Condo's location was exactly as described! Perfect for a group with multi levels of ski experience. Beware when skiing in not to miss your turn off the back of the condo isn't marked. Whoopsie... I was a little bummed when I learned we had to take a short drive to get to the hot tub/swimming area. Overall this space was clean, spacious and had all the necessities for a get vacation! I would rent again.
Excellent ski in ski out rental across the street from Snowflake. Very quick walk into the downtown area. Unit was clean, well maintained and comfortable for 6 - 8 people. Well equiped kitchen, good TVs and wireless. Owner was well organized, responded timely and was very helpful. We would stay here again
Breckenridge Recreation Center a 5 minute drive or shuttle bus ride (880 Airport Boulevard) is available at a nominal fee. In addition to a gymnasium the 69,000 square foot center offers indoor tennis courts, lap and leisure pools, a water slide, a racquetball court, basketball courts, indoor rock-climbing wall (top rope, bouldering and lead climbing), an indoor track, weight training and cardiovascular equipment, yoga, aerobic dance and a sauna. The Stephen West Ice Arena offers ice skating and hockey the whole family can enjoy (public skating sessions daily). The free Breckenridge shuttle has a bus stop across the street from the condo. Summit Express shuttle can transport you from the Denver airport to the condo door and back. Rocky Mountain National Park, a two hour drive to the north, has stunning views and wildlife. You can take a short bus ride to Keystone or Arapahoe Basin. Vail is 45 minutes West on I-80. Some multi-day Breckenridge ski passes have exchange privileges with these areas.
