2 story 4 bedroom 3.5 bath canal house built in 2004. It has a heated pool with hot tub, a private boat dock with lift, and a 3 car garage. Also has a paved parking space for a full sized motorhome. Only 3/4 mile to the beach. 6 seater beach golf cart available for additional rental fee. Minimum Monthly rental only (POA/HOA restrictions). Available October through March only. Monthly rate $3100
We purchased this vacation home with two other families for fun in the summer. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house making it a home away from home. We all currently live in the Texas Hill Country.

We love spending time at our home because of the easy access to the beach and easy access to great fishing. This property is attached to the famed Laguna Madre by canals as well as easy offshore access to the Gulf of Mexico via Packery Channel. We enjoy the salt water pool every day we are in town.
The house has a large paved driveway inside the backyard fence that can handle a motor home or RV. It has an upstairs balcony and deck over the boat house and boat lift.
We enjoyed a fabulous two month winter getaway in this well maintained and beautiful property. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen, living and sleeping spaces. Extra towels for the pool, beach chairs, and coolers were available, as well as kayaks. The owners are VERY friendly and accommodating with great communication. The home is comfortable and spacious. Our older dog felt right at home. It is in a great walking neighborhood and less than a half mile from the beach and Bob Hall Pier. The available gas golf cart was a real plus for getting around the island, to and from beaches, restaurants and shops. Area restaurants were unique and wonderful. We heated the pool, using it every day. The additional cost for two months of heating was minimal and more than worth it. Our only small disappointment is the bubbling jets in the hot tub are permanently turned off. We can't recommend this property high enough! The quality, combined with value, ease of use, and owner communication is just incredible. if you have a boat, or fish, you will be in heaven with the location. We highly recommend this property! The Owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. The place is very clean and there is plenty of room. We used their place as an alternative to staying in the hotels while in Corpus for business. It's not too far off the beaten path for anyone traveling for business and working in Corpus. It's close enough to the beach. Luke allows his guest to use their golf cart. I would consider coming back down with the family and staying there while on vacation.
The beach house is wonderful and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The property exceeded our expectations with the spacious pool, spa and private back yard. Our children and grandchildren came down to visit and we had more than enough room for everyone. This was truly a five star vacation for all of us. We enjoyed catching fish right off the dock and kayaking in the canals. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe with lots of friendly people. We LOVED talking long walks and driving on the endless miles of beach. We appreciated how the property owner was quick to respond to all our questions or concerns. We highly recommend this home and hope to come back again in the future!
We had a wonderful experience, the home was so comfortable and clean, the landlords were exceptional. The location was just a few blocks off the beach and it was so convienent. The backyard pool area was private and lovely, the inside living space and layout was one of the best locations we have had the pleasure of staying, you could not ask for better. We certainly will be back and will recommend this gem to anyone wanting to stay on Padre Island.
Our house is conveniently located on popular North Padre Island with a resort atmosphere and a short drive to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas.
