2 story 4 bedroom 3.5 bath canal house built in 2004. It has a heated pool, a private boat dock with lift, and a 3 car garage. Also has a paved parking space for a full sized motorhome. Only 3/4 mile to the beach. 6 seater beach golf cart available for additional rental fee. Monthly rental only (POA/HOA restrictions). Available October through March. Discounts for multi-month rentals. Monthly rate $3300
We purchased this vacation home with two other families for fun in the summer. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house making it a home away from home. We all currently live in the Texas Hill Country.

We love spending time at our home because of the easy access to the beach and easy access to great fishing. This property is attached to the famed Laguna Madre by canals as well as easy offshore access to the Gulf of Mexico via Packery Channel. We enjoy the salt water pool every day we are in town.
The house has a large paved driveway inside the backyard fence that can handle a motor home or RV. It has an upstairs balcony and deck over the boat house and boat lift.
The beach house is wonderful and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The property exceeded our expectations with the spacious pool, spa and private back yard. Our children and grandchildren came down to visit and we had more than enough room for everyone. This was truly a five star vacation for all of us. We enjoyed catching fish right off the dock and kayaking in the canals. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe with lots of friendly people. We LOVED talking long walks and driving on the endless miles of beach. We appreciated how the property owner was quick to respond to all our questions or concerns. We highly recommend this home and hope to come back again in the future!
We had a wonderful experience, the home was so comfortable and clean, the landlords were exceptional. The location was just a few blocks off the beach and it was so convienent. The backyard pool area was private and lovely, the inside living space and layout was one of the best locations we have had the pleasure of staying, you could not ask for better. We certainly will be back and will recommend this gem to anyone wanting to stay on Padre Island.
Our house is conveniently located on popular North Padre Island with a resort atmosphere and a short drive to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas.
