Park View Gardens is situated on the unspoilt hills of Peyia, with superb views over Coral Bay and the surrounding coastline and just 10 minutes walk from the village centre. Park View Gardens is built in the traditional style of the island, with a modern touch. Relax in comfort in your spacious apartment and enjoy modern kitchen facilities and a spacious balcony. A short stroll down the steps will take you to Park View Gardens swimming pool and sun terrace. Admire stunning views of the bay as you soak up the sun. Take a leisurely stroll to the village centre, which offers a delightful combination of traditional Cyprus and new tourist amenities. There are several taverns nearby, as well as Cypriot cafés, supermarkets, banks and pubs.

The apartment has all modern luxuries including a flat screen TV. It also has covered parking space.

A perfect place to getaway from it all: A perfect place to getaway from it all!: If you want a quiet place to stay, away from all the noise of the bars and discos, and like to explore your holiday destination by car or bike then the Park View Apartments are just what you need. Its a great apartment to come back to at the end of a day's exploring but also a great base from which to head out of in the morning. Paphos, Polis, the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains are all easy to get to from Peyia as well as passage into the Northern part of the island which was previously prohibited. There is a bus service from Peyia village to Coral Bay and on the Paphos. However, a car is definitely recommended. Peyia itself has 2 supermarkets, one of which sells everything you can think of. There are also several banks with ATMs around the village alongside several great tavernas. If you love Cypriot food then you will love Peyia.

A stylish modern apartment to relax in: The apartment is newly built and furnished in a modern style. The layout is perfect so that the lounge easily becomes a second bedroom at night without disturbing already sleeping guests. There is a covered parking space - great for those hot days, which are plentiful - and you can access the apartment from a ground level or from the top level! Family friendly, the apartment comes with a travel cot. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and linen prepared before your arrival and you may request extra cleans during the week at an extra cost. No need to bring bulky towels - except your beach towel of course - as these are provided for all guests.

Not just a summer resort: Cyprus has on average 326 days of sunshine a year so its not just a place to visit in the Summer. November to February is generally when it rains but this is the perfect time to come if you like a bit of skiing. Mount Olympus is about an hour's drive away in the Troodos mountains and its great to be able to go skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon. June, July and August are the really hot and humid months with April, May, September and October being a lot more pleasant. Easter and the beginning of January are great times to be in Peyia as this is when some of the biggest Greek Orthodox festivals happen lending a carnival atmosphere to the village. Unlike some Mediterranean countries Cyprus does not completely 'close up' during the Winter so you can always expect plenty of bars and tavernas open all year round.

Perfect Spot for a holiday

I stayed for 15 days during October/November 2009 and found the apartment to be extremely clean and well maintained with all the amenities I needed. As I'd been to Peyia earlier in the year I knew that it was convenient for the well stocked shops and restaurants in Peyia village.

A car was definately useful but it was only a 10 minute walk to the bars of Peyia.

The owner Mel was really easy to deal with the description of the apartment was correct with stunning views down to Coral Bay.

Amazing views! Amazing air con!! Which was needed in 45 Degree heat lol.... Apartment was perfect for my 4 weeks stay, the estate agent who looks after property was a very nice man and assisted with buying me a new kettle, pool was a little far away if you have kids but a trick is to drive round instead of taking the steps lol..... Lovely clean apartment everything we needed, thanks Mel :) X

Great Apartment

Our 2nd time at this lovely apartment and it was just as good as we remembered it was. Fantastic views, well appointed, clean and welcoming. Mel the owner and Max the agent were a pleasure to deal with, easily availiable and very helpful..WiFi was a real bonus. Already looking forward to 3 wks we have booked for Sept.

It's an aparment perfect for a couple. A very quite place and comfortable. Clean and nice, and well sized. The best thing is the terrace, with a fantastic view. Very reasonable prize and great location.

Fantastic Apartment

We enjoyed a superb 10 days in Cyprus. Weather was fantastic with not a cloud in the sky!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was easy to keep in touch with the owner via email. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this property and have no negative points about it!

Peyia village is only a short walk from the property (approximately 10 min walk). In the small village there is a supermarket which sells all essentials and more! many bars to eat and drink in. We particularly liked The Mediterranean Restaurant and had a good traditional dance whilst at the Savos Grill a little further down the road.

We walked to Coral Bay one evening, this was a little further (approximately 50 mins) so we got a taxi back which cost us 10 euro's. Coral Bay offered many restaurants and bars and a brilliant lively beach.

We hired a small jeep whilst on our stay and found this very handy to help us get to the quieter beautiful beaches such as St Georges and Lara Bay. Many other places had to be reached off road so I would highly recommend to hire a 4x4

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

All amenities can be found just a short walk away in the centre of Peyia from Greek Taverna to restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets.

A short drive takes you to one of the finest beaches on this side of the island known as Coral Bay or you can find the Paphos Bird Park, Go-Carting, Horse riding. If you want to venture further you can go off roading in a 4 x 4 or take a jeep safari and experience the more natural Cyprus of Akamas Nature Reserve and Lara Bay.

All in all Peyia has everything to offer whether you want a quiet relaxing holiday or to enjoy the beaches, historic sites or the many night life activities.
