All of our properties are licensed and inspected by The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism which is a legal requirement.

Upon booking we will provide you with a confirmation of your booking with all the details of your bookings and the property. Your confirmation will also have details as to where you are to collect your key package which will be dependent on your flight arrival time. In your key package you will have a map, turn by turn instructions and two sets of keys for your convenience.

Outstanding location and value!!!!

This is a great location to get around Grand Cayman. Great beach with chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. The water is perfect! A short walk to great food and shopping. The public buses are perfect to get around on and you can rent from Avis at the Marriott next door. The view from the third floor is excellent! The condo was well furnished and nicely decorated! Out in the water there was a sting ray that swam through and a turtle on another morning.There are so many great places to snorkel we look forward to coming back!

Clean, comfortable unit with all amenities: great location on Seven Mile Beach

Unit 631 is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Extremely well provisioned with everything a traveler would need. Beautiful ocean view from the screened-in porch and direct view of two lovely pool areas. Daily maid service is included. Lots of beach chairs, though it was not a busy time of year in Cayman. Comfortable beds and flat-screen TV's with satellite TV in all rooms. In-unit washer and dryer was great.

The unit is on the third floor with no elevator so this would not be a suitable unit for those with mobility issues. Very happy with our choice on this fourth visit to Grand Cayman, and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic condo with a great spot on the beach!

Great place. I wish however I would have dug a little deeper. I could have called the condo directly and saved 250 bucks and also received 5th night free. Turns out VRBO now charges a fee for booking fee that we have to pay for. At least thats what i was told. Ill book directly next time.

Cayman haven!

Very enjoyable stay at Regal Beach, would highly recommend to any age group. We were originally going to stay at the Marriott but so pleased we opted for the apartment, so relaxing on a perfect stretch of beach, super location. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is located in the perfect location famous Seven Mile Beach. If you do not wish to hire a car or only hire for part of your trip then this location will work well for you. It is walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. Many of the dive companies on island will pick you up and drop you off when you stay on Seven Mile Beach.
