This is a great private spot in a terrific location in Beverly Hills. The bed was big and comfy and the shower was roomy. For a long stay, the kitchenette was cramped with not much prep or storage space. Nice and quiet when the upstairs owner was away, but noisy when they were home. All in all, a good choice at a reasonable price for the location.
This was an incredible experience. I highly recommend staying here. The apartment was clean and enough space for two people . Excellent location, right in the middle of everything and down the street from Melrose. Great Internet speed in case you need to do business there . Washroom had plenty of towels shampoos etc. they even had a basket underneath sink with everything you could imagine in there in case you needed Q-tips,lotions etc. Comfortable living area in case you want to watch the big flat screen television . Best part was the most comfortable King size bed I've ever slept in . The management was there on time greeting me with the keys and a parking pass in which there were many parking spots .no issues whatsoever finding parking on the street. The place was so quiet didn't hear a peep . I highly recommend this place, hopefully will be available when I head down to Los Angeles next time . I know I won't stay in a hotel again after staying in this place .
My daughter and I recently stayed here for 4 nights. We were really pleased with both the location and the apartment. It is just the right size for 2 people. The proximity to Melrose Ave/Place is a real plus - lots of great stores and restaurants close by. The bed was really comfortable and the place very clean - well stocked with lots of towels, ample dishware and great tv with all the channels. We would definitely recommend this place to others!
I needed an apartment for a last minute trip to LA and found this place to be wonderful. The apartment was clean and peaceful. There were fresh towels, clean sheets, and the bathroom was spacious, well lit, and had an amazing shower. The unit was in a really nice neighborhood, in a great location, and there was plenty of parking. These are the things that matter the most to me when I travel and often times are things I cannot find as easily when reserving a hotel. The property manager was friendly and met me to check in even when I arrived later than expected. He told me the best place to get a cup of coffee within walking distance and some fun things to check out while in LA. I really appreciated the hospitality and my overall experience was great. My security deposit was returned without any hassles which is always nice. I'll be sure to book again next time I visit LA.
Great unit, comfortable and private. Felt like a great hotel room. The only draw back was that you didn't have control of your own heat as it is controlled by the home above the unit. Manager was great and very responsive.
Overall the property is much smaller than shown on the pictures provided online. Imagine a studio. That's what you're really getting. The kitchen is in a coat closet - with literal doors that open obstructing your only hallway. There is very little natural light and windows - 2 porter windows - the main entry door - and an always shuttered window in the bedroom which is subterranian to the trash and recycling outdoors. The noise from the upstairs tenant is very noticeable as is the mechanical squeaking in the bedroom wall. Parking is all permit and you're provided w a guest permit that allows you to park on a very limited area surrounding the apartment. If you plan on getting back after 10pm - it will be a task finding a spot. Scott the property manager was very responsive but very present on the property. There was a lot of additional drop ins to: install a new fridge, check if the old one had been picked up, have an appraiser check out the apartment, etc (all should've been done while the apartment wasn't being rented out). Overall I was glad to find this last minute but would not stay here again.
