It is located only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach but without the crowds. Our stretch of beach is occupied by homes with private, gated access and has fewer beachgoers so it is always easy to set up your piece of paradise just steps from the shoreline. It is located directly above the popular restaurant-the Perfect Pig. If you choose, you do not even need to get in your car to have delicious food all day long. Deeded, private, gated beach access is right across 30A.

Our family has vacationed in the 30A area for 20 years. Although there are beaches closer to our home in Alabama, you cannot beat what this area has to offer- beautiful, uncrowded beaches, bike paths, great restaurants and shopping, and all types of fishing/boating. People come to this are from all over the world!

We looked for a condo for a year! Grand Isle was the one place that had it all, and it was better in person than online. The location is amazing- a 3 minute walk to the beach! It is a small complex with a pool. The owners/guests are super friendly! The condo is VERY spacious compared to most we considered. It feels very roomy- huge master and bath as well as large living spaces. And, you cannot beat walking downstairs to shop or eat a meal! If you choose to bike or walk, several options are just down the street. The central location along 30A makes enjoying Seaside/Watercolor/Grayton as well as Rosemary Beach very convenient.
We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo at Grand Isle. It’s beautiful, and we felt like we were staying in a special place. I hope you have found we left everything as when we arrived. There were not any problems at all. Your kitchen was so well appointed, we had everything we needed cook and fix meals. And we enjoyed the keyless access, knowing it’s necessary for you as an owner, but it was very nice not having to keep up with keys!
Hopefully, in the future, we will have the opportunity to stay again.
This is a great condo if you are looking for something that won't be too expensive but want all of the luxury of a high priced condo. It is located right across the street from the beach with a super easy walk. There is a crosswalk right when you walk out so it's quick and easy to be on the beach in moments. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice and clean and the furniture was super nice. The porch was nice to sit out on in the evenings and enjoy. We heard very little road noise and absolutely nothing below us. The condo has wifi, which was important for the teens! I felt safe enough to let them ride bikes to Seaside, which is just a short ride down the sidewalks. Plenty of restaurants were nearby but we were out of the crowds. I highly recommend!!
This condo was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for on our vacation! Beautifully decorated, upgraded appliances and very clean! The location was PERFECT! Private access to the beach across the street, plenty of places to eat downstairs, and nearby bike rentals. The layout of the apartment was very open and had higher ceilings which made the place feel very spacious. The balconies overlooked the 30A and the beach across the street. It wasn't too crowded or too noisy, and was a short 5-10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Our kids loved it, as did my husband and I! We couldn't have been more pleased! We hope to stay here regularly from here on out!
Payment and communication with the owner was seamless and all f our needs were met! I would highly recommend this property to any of our family and friends! Beautiful place!
My wife and spent a relaxing and enjoyable week in this condo. It conveniently located in Seagrove Beach between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. One of the nicer restaurants in the area is located on the ground level of the three story complex. We took advantage of the 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. half-price entree happy house on one of the evenings. The beach is a short walk across the street from the condo. The condo is furnished more as a home than as a rental unit. Although we didn't need them, a family with children would enjoy the four televisions in the living area and each of the three bedrooms. Will consider returning.
We loved our stay here. The place was beautiful, well decorated, and just across the street from the amazing beaches. The owner was wonderful to deal with on every level.
This was our fifth straight summer to visit Seagrove, and it's always the highlight of our year! We loved Grand Isle! We have stayed in houses when we come to 30A, mainly, so a condo is a little different for us. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised with how NICE the condo was. The character and decor was beautiful, and not what I expected at all. So much attention to detail; you can tell the owners take great pride in their "home away from home." The location is great, too! You have easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. We ride our bikes almost exclusively when we are on 30A, and the path is right across the street. The restaurants below the condo are great, too (The Perfect Pig and the "new" Preacher's Kitchen). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
These accommodations cannot be beat in the 30A area. If you want to feel like you are on vacation, reserve a stay at this condo today. The ideal location to relax and enjoy a luxurious, yet comfortable, beach getaway that is clean and classy. The porch is waiting.
The Seagrove Beach area along 30A/ Beaches of South Walton has beautiful beaches, great shopping and restaurants, as well as numerous outdoor activities such as walking and biking. It is a great family oriented area.
