There is an age restriction with this unit, ages 5 and up only and a maximum occupancy of 2 persons

When booking this property you can feel secure in the knowledge that you are booking through an
on-island company called Cayman Villas that has been in business in Grand Cayman for 40 years. All of our properties are licensed and inspected by The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism which is a legal requirement.
Upon booking we will provide you with a confirmation of your booking with all the details of your bookings and the property. Your confirmation will also have details as to where you are to collect your key package which will be dependent on your flight arrival time. In your key package you will have a map, turn by turn instructions and two sets of keys for your convenience.
This condo offers you your own personal property manager that is on-call to you 24/7 and an emergency contact at Cayman Villas. The Northern end of Seven Mile Beach is the perfect location, a 2 minute drive to many shops, bars and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels and public beaches. The famous snorkeling site Cemetery Beach is just a short walk away for you to experience the reefs and underwater wonders. Perhaps you would like to visit the Turtle Farm or swim with the dolphins; both locations are just a 5 minute drive away.
This property is so much more beautiful inside and out than I was expecting. Housekeeping did a wonderful job daily. There is simply no better location on 7-mile beach. The beach is perfect, close to everything, but far enough on the north end to have lots of privacy. It was like having our own private beach. The kitchen was well stocked, furnishings were comfortable, plenty of pillows on the bed (this is a big deal :), lots of updates, newer washer and dryer worked great, and it was close to amazing local restaurants and the grocery store, We won't hesitate to book it again. Best vacation ever.
This condo is in a superb location! You feel as if you have your own private beach! Really beautiful view from the living room. This is the primary reason for the four star review.
The bedroom and bathroom were great.
What I found missing in the condo:
1. Since there is only one couch, if your partner is laid out you only have some chairs to relax in. It'd be nice to have either a love seat, recliner, or add an ottoman to the living area so everyone gets to put their feet up!
2. Overall, the living and dining area furniture was not very comfortable.
3. One of the reasons to get a condo is to have a kitchen in which to cook. The kitchen cookware is medium to low quality. Also, there is no storage containers in this condo at all! Any time we had leftovers there was no way to seal it up to save it in the fridge. PLEASE add some pyrex containers with lids or tupperware-like containers.
4. The condo had salt and pepper only. I found it a bit frustrating that basic herbs and spices were not there. I'm not going to buy $40 worth of herbs and spices to do my cooking for a few days. If you get this condo, be sure to bring herbs and spices with you!
5. I think that the condo complex needs to provide separate exhaust vents for the units. When the upstairs neighbor had their kitchen fan on we could smell the exhaust in the condo. I suspect that one vent serves both condos. Not a good idea.
White Sands is located at the Northern end of Seven Mile Beach just a 10 minute drive from the Airport and 5 minutes to the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery swim with the dolphin experience.
