GREAT LOCATION AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS!!!! Enjoy this comfy unit at the Ski Hill Condos, and the convenience of being in the heart of Breckenridge, one block from MAIN STREET, where you will be close to great dining, shopping, rental shops, a liquor store and nightlife. Just one block away is the Riverwalk Center which includes walking and biking paths alongside the Blue River, the performing arts center and where many outdoor events take place. There is easy access to the fantastic ski slopes and the Breck Nordic Ski Center. Just walk out the side door and you are steps from the free shuttle, which will take you up the road to the Nordic Center, one of the oldest cross-country facilities in Colorado. There are more than 30 kilometers of groomed trails, a day lodge and rentals located on site. The shuttle then continues on to Peak 8 and 9 for skiing. One block away is the Gondola as well. Ski down the 4’oclock ski run trail and walk back to the condo at the end of the day.

Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, Ski Hill 1 is a 2 bdrm/2bathrm 1028 sf condominium located on the first floor in the American Building. There is covered parking and an elevator in the building. The functional entryway features a ski storage rack and bench. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a games table, fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, free high speed internet , 2 cable TV’s and a private balcony. There is an outdoor heated pool with a community grill and outdoor hot tubs

Summer Highlights:

Easy access to various hiking trails. Across the ski hill road, walk up the 4 O’clock trail which is connected by the Lomax Placer Trail. From there you can hike to the 4 O’ clock Reservoir or continue to the 12,998 foot Peak 8 and to many other trails on the Ten Mile range . Bike along the Blue River or Mountain bike up the trails. Enjoy the July Parades, river rafting and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. Take the free shuttle just outside the ski hill unit to peak 8 where featured are an alpine slide, two Roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall fun maze and pony rides for kids.

Winter Highlights:

Walk across the street to the Gondola or walk to the free shuttle bus outside the ski hill unit to take you to the Peak 8 & 9 chairlifts. The buses pass every 20 minutes. Or get off at the Nordic Center and rent some snowshoes and follow the cross-country trails.

You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the imperial chair and ski down 3 ½ miles back to the Gondola parking lot which is just across the street from Ski Hill or you can go down the 4 O’clock run which leaves you steps from the ski hill complex.

Quiet Stay

The Condo itself was very nice and clean when we arrived. Was a great little get away from the big city. Was within walking distance of main street in Breckenridge and close to all the festivities in the area. Had no problems with neighbors or others staying there and was very quiet at nights. Will be looking again in this area if we ever make it up there during the winter months. *Two Thumbs Up*

Comfy and Close

We enjoyed the property- we had 3 in our family and plenty of room. We loved walking the short distance to the various coffee or bakeries in the morning as well as a short walk to the lifts as well.

Excellent Location, Spacious Condo

Had a great week in Breckenridge and loved staying at this two bedroom two bath spacious condo. It was a 5 minute walk to downtown (would have been 3 but had to stop to catch my breath due to elevation!). Breck is a great little city with lots to do and this condo is in a great spot. Would definitely recommend.
