I bought this condo because I fell in love with the area. You can walk to pretty much anything you need, including entertainment! The condo is super modern and it´s in a super nice gated community with hotel like amenities.3 pools, a sports court, huge gardens with kid's area, game room, gym, barbecue area, private parking and 24-7 3 guard security with cameras everywhere. It's also Wheelchair accessible! I spent almost half a year designing every inch of it and the result was espectacular! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
What makes this Apartment unique
Its location is definitely the best feature of the condo. The neighbourhood is new and it's where all the new restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, shopping malls, groceries stores, hospitals and shops are. Many within walking distance, and of course the beach!

The owner was nice, he should better prepare guests for their stays and be more upfront and honest. The home is way smaller than expected. Our check in time was 3pm we arrived and the home was still a mess being cleaned. They left around 4pm but still did not finish cleaning she came back later that night. The steps were dirty, the couch is stained, the water in the showers never stayed warm, the ac was leaking causing my friend to fall and her stuff became wet. The maintenance man Arturo was extremely nice and helpful he fixed the leaking ac but it leaked again. We were given one trash bag and one small trash can in the kitchen so we constantly had to go downstairs to throw stuff away. He never told us where the dumpsters were, he never told us we couldnt flush toilet paper in the toilet so my toilet kept clogging. I always asked the owner if the washer would be fixed and available once I arrived because I saw the previous review about the broken washer and dryer, he assured me that everything would be fixed and available. I arrived there was no washer nor dryer I was highly disappointed he stated they were being repaired. The tv was broke but Arturo brought another tv the next day. The ceilings were rotting the paint was badly chipped in the moist areas. I would not stay here again. My friends were highly upset I chose this place. The community in general is gated and looks nice with nice people. That is my honest review of this location...
Property is exactly like in the photos, very safe complex. We were impressed with the security. Unit was clean and location was perfect.

I want to first start it by saying the condo is absolutely gorgeous and well decorated. With that being said it is several flaws in renting this condo. Firstly if you do not speak any type of Spanish this is not that area to rent a condo in. Also if you have rent a condo for four or more people it will be really hard to find transportation for everyone. There are cabs and buses around but once again if you don’t know any Spanish you will be extremely lost. Your best bet would be once you get to the hotel zone and find a cab driver that speaks English get his card and use him as your personal driver. The property owner was nice for most part but it would have been nice to have someone to show you how to work the things in the condo. The stove was gas and it would not light at all and the owner had someone come and check on it and he couldn’t even get it to work either. The laundry machine did not work the for us at all and the person he sent to look at it did not know how to work it either. Also we arrived a little early and I notified him that our plane would be arriving early weeks before we arrived and he said that would be fine and he would be able to accommodate. When we arrived the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and it was spots on one of the comforters. I would really recommend getting another maid to take care of the property. Also make sure you download WhatsApp and if you have IPhones you might be able to get in contact with the owner via iMessage if you have any concerns during your stay.

Julio's voicemail box was full the entire time I was in Cancun. No message could be left when we needed to communicate with him. Infrequently he would answer the phone. I would also try to use Home Away's website mail, and ....wait.....wait...
The front door requires usage of a key from the inside to lock or unlock the door. I consider this practice unsafe in the event of needing to leave quickly in an emergency. Only one key was provided for four people. He promised me an additional key, but he never provided it. He suggested that I just leave the door unlocked..??
The washing machine did not work, it would never complete a cycle. We made two calls to the maintenance telephone number provided, but the person never came to the condo to help us. We had multiple contacts with Julio, he suggested there was a language barrier for washing machine instructions---even though he had been talking on the telephone with one of my roommates in native Mexican Spanish. He sent a helper twice, who was also unable to get the washing machine to complete a cycle. I was there over four nights five days. The last night to helper returned a 3rd time and stayed around and watched the washing machine until it again stopped in the middle of a cycle. Then he started pushing buttons, which sounded like he was playing a video game for about an hour. I have no idea what the verdict was because we had to leave while he was still playing with the buttons. Really? Why didn't he send a repair person earlier or make arrangements for laundry to be done for us? Oh, yeah, this is the guy who has a full voice mailbox, which I realize now signifies he doesn't care. In the future, when I make reservations for a rental through any website, I will start trying to communicate with the telephone number provided. If they are not responsive by telephone the rental will get canceled.

Parkplatz direkt beim Haus ... Security der Anlage sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
An einigen Stellen wären Reparaturarbeiten mal nötig. Die Wohnung ist für Familien gut geeignet. Offensichtlich auch oft von jüngeren Gruppen gebucht. Allerdings ist durch die Laage ein Auto empfohlen....
